Dear Brother @annamalai_k , As always, you were extremely impressive in your first speech as a head of political party…Congratulations 🎉💐 I have no doubt that you would succeed in your future endeavours and achieve the goals that you have set out for the state and people of Tamil Nadu. My prayers and best wishes are with you always. At this moment, I simply have a few quick points to make to you: 1. Don’t take too long to start your political party. I know you haven’t had the time but ideally you should start with announcing your party. I know you did mention starting a political movement but don’t wait till you tick all the boxes. Identifying talent and training them can happen parallel to setting the party. 2. Do keep the by elections in mind and fight them. You don’t have to be perfect. All the pieces of puzzle do not have be in place before you fight elections. You will make mistakes and you will learn from them, but making the statement is most important. 3. So yes, do go around the state, if you have to, solicit support but within the next few days announce your party and seek a logo! 4. You also mention about seeking support from professionals working abroad which is excellent but I am sure you would also be seeking the sons/daughters of soil, toiling hard within the state itself. I know you will have a good mix with a lot of your leaders being from the grassroots, since you yourself are one of them.
