Exhibit A: @moaazsidat is doing more to prove to the venture community that the software layer in hardtech is not where investment is needed. We need to invest in the capex to build factories to rapidly turn, mill, coat, assemble, and deploy these things - that is millions of dollars of real machines and humans to cut alloys and wind copper. He vibe coded this in a weekend. Software's not a moat anymore, capacity is. #reindustrialize

Reconciliation 3.0 scales what was started. $350B will supercharge the Defense Industrial Base. The cost to re-start shuttered factories was monumental. Now we must keep them roaring at full throttle. Today, sustaining these efforts means the cost of keeping these factories open will deliver more weapons and capabilities to the warfighter at a faster scale while continuing to deliver new entrants into the Defense Industrial Base. For my #Reindustrialize friends here is 90 Days of Job Shop Quote Requests for simple CNC parts: 92 NDAs Sent, 34 made it to RFQ, 5 Quotes Received with a variance of 500% from lowest to highest (same part model/blueprint). Cash in hand to order parts today. No parts ordered yet. China is winning because America is barely even playing.

Let's talk about job shop quotes. We received a quote for $72,886 all-in for 10 complete sets of 8 parts off our actuator. $40,000 is one-time tooling. $32,886 for the actual parts. $53,000 up front cost. That's not even the whole actuator. American manufacturing is broken. We'll fix it.
