The @DeptofWar has reached new framework agreements with a slate of disruptive new entrants to aggressively expand the United States military’s lethal cruise missile and hypersonic missile strike capabilities.   Low-Cost Containerized Missiles (LCCM) Program: • Anduril • CoAspire • Leidos • Zone 5 Low-Cost Hypersonic Missiles: • Castelion This effort positions the Department to procure 10,000 LCCMs over three years, starting in 2027. Once Castelion achieves testing and validation, the Department will award a multi-year contract for a minimum of 500 Blackbeard missiles annually, while seeking the necessary authorizations and appropriations for over 12,000 total missiles over five years. These agreements will rapidly field effective and affordable kinetic mass for the Joint Force at scale, acting directly on the mandate from President Trump and Secretary Hegseth to strengthen America’s Arsenal of Freedom.

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act is delivering massive wins for America. It has unleashed over $68 billion in private investment and created more than 94,000 new jobs. Reconciliation 3.0 scales what was started. $350B will supercharge the Defense Industrial Base. The cost to re-start shuttered factories was monumental. Now we must keep them roaring at full throttle. Today, sustaining these efforts means the cost of keeping these factories open will deliver more weapons and capabilities to the warfighter at a faster scale while continuing to deliver new entrants into the Defense Industrial Base. This momentum is vital. We cannot afford to slow down even for a second. It’s time to pass Reconciliation 3.0 immediately and take the fight to the next level.

The future is now, old man.  The FY27 @DeptOfWar Budget Request ensures we retain American air and space excellence today…and tomorrow.

The GenAI Task Force recently embedded with the @USNavy SEALs in Coronado, California, to attack bureaucratic processes that impede warfighter efficiency. Legacy administrative tasks were targeted and replaced with AI agents, reducing many tasks from days to minutes. During this embed, the Task Force focused on identifying specific data points required to eliminate logistics bottlenecks. In one initiative, a new AI agent was deployed to allow supply officers to quickly exchange critical information on equipment and manning rosters. Enterprise modernization is already well underway across the Joint Force, with GenAI.mil now surpassing 1.6 million unique users across the @DeptofWar. The GenAI Task Force will continue to systematically dismantle blockers to AI adoption to enhance warfighter lethality.

THE PATRIOT'S LEGACY AMERICA 250 🇺🇸

Space is a congested and contested operational environment, and the @DeptofWar is preparing to respond swiftly and dynamically to threats and other force protection needs on orbit. Last week, @RocketLab, DIU, and our partners at USSF Space Systems Command's (@USSF_SSC) Space Safari Program Office successfully launched the VICTUS HAZE mission. A specially modified Rocket Lab spacecraft launched on their own Electron rocket into previously unknown orbit only 16 hours and 42 minutes after receiving the launch order. Grateful to @SecWar and the senior leadership at @DeptofWar for hosting a new entrants round table discussion last week. The main message: production is the #1 priority. I reported on @neros_tech progress in delivering over 1,000 drones per week today and plans to scale to 1 million per year.

Thanks to @SecWar and the team at the War Department for hosting at the Pentagon. It’s a team sport, and couldn’t be prouder of my compatriots and the Pentagon for pushing hard everyday for the warfighter, scaled production, and the Reindustrialization of America.

Last week, Leidos CEO Tom Bell was extremely proud to be included in the @DeptofWar's forward-leaning, innovative "New Entrants" event with @SecWar and War Department leadership. He heard our marching orders loud and clear — accelerate the delivery of munitions our warfighters need like our AGM-190A and our Low-Cost Containerized Munition. Leidos is locked and loaded to match this Administration’s pace and our warfighters' needs.

I greatly appreciated the discussion last week with @SecWar about rapidly increasing munitions production. The progress in New Mexico on our 1,000-acre site dedicated to producing thousands of highly capable, yet affordable, hypersonic weapons each year is incredible. Construction is months ahead of schedule, and we intend to continue expansion of our manufacturing capabilities. Castelion is moving at maximum speed to deliver hypersonic weapons at scale and at a price the nation can afford.
