When you give feedback, the only right response is to first say thank you.
If you start to hear what sounds like an excuse, then the feedback is wasted on them.
My point is basically there should be barriers. They exist all over mountainous roads, a lot more in south india than north. Not having it at such an iconic place is pretty stupid
The runnel itself has 60kph speed limit. So, the design can handle 60kph even at exit but recommendation is 40kph for safety. The tunnel is an engineering marvel due to complex geography & hence one has to accept the compromise. If one is so foolish & uncontrolled, none can help

I know and advocate safe driving more than anyone you know. But you cant just slap a 40 kph speed limit before a ravine and declare that road design is correct. The govt needs to provide safety for all, including idiots who don't follow speed limits.
