🧠❤️ What if schools cared as much about a child's emotions as they do about marks? Rajasthan is taking a remarkable step in that direction. For thousands of young students, school will no longer be just about attendance, homework, marks, and exams. It will also be about one simple but powerful question: "How are you feeling today?" 🌱 🇮🇳 Rajasthan has become the first state in India to introduce a structured mental health and well-being programme for primary school students. Called Khushishala, the initiative is being implemented by the Rajasthan State Council of Educational Research and Training (RSCERT) for children studying in Classes 1 to 5. Its foundation is simple: 💙 A child who feels safe, heard, and emotionally secure learns better. But the initiative doesn't stop with students. 👩‍🏫 Teachers are at the heart of the programme. They undergo: 📚 A 3-day intensive training programme 🎧 A 21-day audio-based learning course 📖 Handbooks and mobile learning resources The training helps teachers understand emotional well-being, stress management, healthy relationships, and ways to create supportive classrooms where every child feels valued. And the results are already encouraging. 📈✨ The pilot programme, conducted in Sirohi and Banswara in 2024, reported: ✅ 53% improvement in students' socio-emotional skills. ✅ 69% improvement among girl students. ✅ Stronger teacher-student relationships. ✅ Reduced academic stress in classrooms. Now, Rajasthan plans to train 11,305 more teachers and expand the programme to 649 PM SHRI schools. If implemented as planned, more than 12,000 schools across the state will have at least one teacher trained to support children's mental well-being. 🌿 👏 This isn't just an education reform—it's an investment in happier, healthier, and more confident children. Because success in life isn't measured only by report cards... Sometimes, it begins with making sure every child knows they are seen, heard, and cared for. ❤️📚 @rajeduofficial @NhmRJOfficial #MentalHealth #Khushishala #Rajasthan #Education #StudentWellbeing #SchoolEducation #Teachers #PMShriSchools #ChildDevelopment #MentalWellbeing #FutureOfEducation #IndianMasterminds 🧠🇮🇳💙

Sometimes we get so focused on what's missing that we forget what has already changed. Take a moment to look back... You might be living a life you once prayed for. ✨ Today is a good day. Be grateful for it. #Gratitude #MindsetShift #Psychology #MentalWellbeing #DailyRemind

Monday Reminder: Don't Let This Week Burn You Out. Monday marks the beginning of a new week. Work resumes. Meetings begin. Deadlines pile up. Notifications won't stop. For those of us working in high-pressure environments, here's a gentle reminder: Don't burn yourself out trying to do everything at once. The best way to avoid burnout is to focus on one task at a time. Multitasking sounds productive, but in reality, it often divides your attention instead of multiplying your results. Your attention is one of your most valuable resources. Spend it wisely. Protect it fiercely. When your body tells you it needs a break, listen. Step away from your desk. Take a short walk. Stretch. Close your eyes for a few minutes. Sometimes, a 20-minute nap can do more for your productivity than another hour of forcing yourself to work. And don't neglect your health. No deadline is more important than your well-being. One more thing: Learn to say "No." You don't owe everyone an explanation, and you don't have to feel guilty for protecting your time, energy, and peace. The moment you accept that you can't do everything, you give yourself permission to focus on what truly matters. That's where your best work comes from. Have a productive, healthy, and fulfilling week ahead. #MondayMotivation #WorkLifeBalance #BurnoutPrevention #Productivity #CareerGrowth #MentalWellbeing #Leadership #PersonalDevelopment #LinkedInCreators

Finding peace in movement, strength in discipline, and growth in every new experience. As my journey in London comes to a close, I leave with valuable lessons that extend far beyond fitness. Yoga has been a reminder that success begins with balance, consistency, and the ability to stay grounded through change. Every challenge becomes an opportunity when approached with focus and resilience. Grateful for the experiences, connections, and moments of reflection that have made this chapter so meaningful. Looking forward to carrying these lessons into the next phase of my journey and embracing new opportunities with renewed energy and purpose.
