Public-markets capital is starting to underwrite the Physical AI thesis directly. @BitcoinJP_ is a Tokyo-listed vehicle doing exactly that, with Figure AI, SpaceX, and pre-IPO frontier model labs already in the portfolio. We are pleased to welcome Phillip Lord, CEO of Bitcoin Japan, to the MACHINA Summit stage. Bitcoin Japan Corporation is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE:8105) and structured as a Japanese public vehicle for institutional exposure to AI infrastructure and digital assets. Phillip runs the business under a barbell investment thesis: Bitcoin and digital assets on one side, AI infrastructure on the other, executed with the governance and custody discipline required of an institutional platform. Previously President of Bakkt International, he brings more than a decade of digital assets experience and has already deployed capital into the frontier of Physical AI, with pre-IPO positions in Figure AI (humanoid robotics) and SpaceX, alongside active tracking of Anthropic and OpenAI. His public commentary spans the coming intersection of AI agents and programmable money, rare earth mineral supply chains (China's 80% dominance and Japan's exposure), and the compute-and-energy infrastructure required to scale the next phase of applied intelligence. At MACHINA, Phillip will discuss the capital-markets thesis behind Physical AI: where public capital is flowing, how institutional discipline reshapes underwriting, and what the intersection of AI agents, hardware supply chains, and digital infrastructure looks like from a Tokyo-listed platform. The same operational infrastructure that powers 72 billion @Uber trips is now the data layer underneath frontier Physical AI. Uber AI Solutions is the business unit. Dan Carpenter runs it. He takes the MACHINA Master Stage on 7 July. We are pleased to welcome Dan Carpenter, General Manager of Uber AI Solutions, to the MACHINA Summit stage as a keynote speaker. Uber AI Solutions is Uber's enterprise arm for AI data infrastructure, purpose-built to meet the requirements of autonomous vehicles, robotics, and generative AI. The platform provides precision data labelling, product testing, and global localisation to frontier AI labs and enterprise accounts, powered by the same operational engine that runs Uber's global mobility network. Dan leads the entire business, with a mandate to translate the operational discipline behind one of the largest consumer platforms in the world into the data infrastructure that Physical AI actually needs at industrial scale. Under his leadership, Uber AI Solutions has expanded into multi-sensor annotation through the acquisition of Segments.ai, deepened its Physical AI capabilities across 3D sensor fusion labelling, and grown its enterprise footprint across the leading AI and robotics teams globally. At MACHINA, Dan will take the Master Stage to lay out what the data infrastructure of Physical AI actually looks like at the scale required to move from research into deployment, and how the engine that moved a planet is now positioned to move embodied intelligence. Language models were built in California. Image generators were built in California. The question is whether Physical AI will be too, or whether the industrial base and the research depth Europe already has can carry a different outcome. Europe is not starting from behind. The continent has the industrial customers, the manufacturing tradition, the academic depth, and a policy environment that other regions do not. What is less clear is whether that combination translates into leadership in a category as capital-intensive, hardware-heavy, and cross-disciplinary as Physical AI, or whether the platform-scale economics push value to whoever owns the model and compute layers regardless of where the robots are made. MACHINA Summit 2026 is hosting a panel on exactly that question. Ankit Khaitan, Head of International Business at @Uber AI Solutions David Reger, Founder and CEO of @NEURARobotics. @agermanidis , Co-Founder and Co-CEO of @runwayml . Vicky Hu , Co-Founder and SVP at @CentificGlobal . Moderated by Andreas Klinger, Founder of PROTOTYPE. Expect a conversation grounded in what Europe actually has that other regions do not, where the capital and policy environment holds it back, and what has to be true for the continent to define, rather than follow, the Physical AI category. Every category-defining technology is built on top of capital. Whoever writes the cheques decides which humanoids get scaled, which robotics labs get commercialised, and which physical AI platforms reach the factory floor. The venture story in robotics has moved on from where it was five years ago. Rounds are larger, geographies are more distributed, and the underwriting discipline required to invest in hardware-heavy businesses is different from the pattern-matching that shaped the SaaS decade. The funds building conviction in Physical AI today are the ones setting the terms for the next generation of companies. MACHINA Summit 2026 is hosting a panel on exactly that. Raz Mangel, Partner at @GreenfieldVC . Tal Cohen, Managing Partner at @nextgenventures . Moderated by Patrick Martin, Managing Partner at @arcadiancap . Expect a conversation on where robotics capital is actually flowing, what the underwriting discipline for hardware-plus-AI looks like in 2026, and which companies stand to define the next phase of the category. Building a robot that works is one problem. Building one that people want in the room with them is a different one entirely. Every social robot deployment eventually runs into the same wall. The technology can be excellent. The presence can still be wrong. Too mechanical and people ignore it. Too anthropomorphic and people find it uncomfortable. Getting the balance right is a design discipline, not a hardware specification, and the companies that solve it get robots that are welcome in hospitals, homes, and public spaces. The ones that do not, end up with technology that never leaves the lab. MACHINA Summit 2026 is hosting a panel on exactly that. Giorgio Metta, Scientific Director at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia  (IIT). Morgan Pope, Creative Designer at @FamiliarMxM Jérôme Monceaux, CEO at @EnchantedTools . Rafael Hostettler, CEO at Devanthro Moderated by Sara Filipčić, Executive Director and Founder of the Institute for Humane Robotics. Expect a conversation on the design, engineering, and psychology of social robots that people actually accept, and what has to be true for a machine to be welcome in a room built for humans. Humanoid robots do not deploy themselves into factories. Someone has to build the digital twin, train the AI in simulation, and manage the hardware integration. TRON.K.K is the Tokyo company doing all three. We are pleased to welcome TRON as a sponsor of MACHINA Summit 2026. TRON, headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo, with a dedicated Robot Lab at STATION Ai in Nagoya, operates across three connected business lines. Its Virtual Factory business uses Prevu3D proprietary algorithms to convert raw point cloud data from large industrial facilities into lightweight, high-definition, texture-mapped 3D digital twins, delivered in weeks and usable by any team on any device. Applications span layout planning, remote maintenance, production preparation, and line management. Its Humanoid Robot business runs the simulation and AI training layer inside those digital twins, letting teams develop and validate humanoid applications in virtual space before hardware is committed. Its Humanoid SI business closes the loop, handling physical deployment through partnerships with the world's leading humanoid manufacturers, including @LimX_Dynamics . TRON is a member of the @nvidia Omniverse Partner Council Japan, positioning the company at the intersection of Japan's industrial base and the global humanoid technology ecosystem. At MACHINA, TRON joins the companies that understand the humanoid category is decided in the integration between simulation, training, and factory-floor deployment, not in any of those layers alone. Physical AI needs somewhere realistic to train. The CAD model of a factory is not that. @InfiniteFoundry captures real plants at high precision with laser scanning and turns them into interactive digital twins. We are pleased to welcome Infinite Foundry as a sponsor of MACHINA Summit 2026. Infinite Foundry is a 3D digital plant platform for industrial production. The workflow starts with laser scanning: advanced scanning technology captures the physical environment at high precision, generating detailed three-dimensional representations that reflect the plant as it actually stands, not as it was designed. From there, the platform layers on design (3D modelling with rigorous mathematical calculations), scripting (programmable simulations of complex systems and workflows), animation (real-time visualisation of every stage of the process), monitoring (continuous fault detection, root cause analysis, and ergonomic assessment), and virtual reality (immersive environments for worker training and scenario testing). The security model matters: the platform receives sensor data only and remains disconnected from all industrial control systems. Industries served include automotive, aerospace, energy, high-tech, logistics, healthcare, and construction. The commercial model is monthly subscription, meaning no capital expenditure to deploy. At MACHINA, Infinite Foundry joins the companies that understand Physical AI is only as production-ready as the environment it is trained in, and that environment has to reflect the plant as it actually stands. Every year, hazardous operations in the energy industry claim human lives. @MinervaHumanoid is the company building humanoids purpose-engineered to take those jobs instead. We are pleased to welcome Minerva Humanoids as a sponsor of MACHINA Summit 2026. Minerva Humanoids is the "Haz-Ops Humanoid Company," building humanoids purpose-engineered for the tasks humans should never have to perform. Its flagship platform, Roger, is engineered from the ground up for explosive atmospheres, extreme weather, and continuous outdoor operation. The robot weighs under 100 kg fully loaded, supports modular payload bays for swappable sensor packages, manipulation tools, and sample collection hardware, and combines visual inspection, thermal imaging, and acoustic sensing for persistent gas detection, corrosion tracking, and gauge reading, with all data tagged for direct integration into maintenance workflows. Deployment scenarios on offshore rigs cover emergency response (remote deployment into toxic gas alarms), condition monitoring (scheduled line walkdowns for integrity risk assessment), and remote operations (reducing persons on board, helicopter seat requirements, and offshore accommodation across asset portfolios). Software and AI are developed in the United States, hardware is manufactured in Germany. The company is backed by General Catalyst, Long Journey, Credo Ventures, MVP Ventures, Kaya VC, Compound, Runway FBU, Tiny Ventures, Walter Ventures, and others. Co-Founder and CEO Sandor Felber also joins the MACHINA stage, moderating the Securing the Machine panel on cyber, safety, and the new threat landscape. At MACHINA, Minerva Humanoids joins the companies redefining what humanoid deployment actually looks like: not general-purpose robots in factories, but purpose-built machines doing the work humans should never have to. The last industrial supercycle was electricity. The one before that was steam. Physical AI is the next one, and it is already being deployed into shipping, energy, and manufacturing. Every technology that reshaped the global industrial complex started the same way: laboratory work moved into the field, capital allocation followed, and the categories that captured the transition set the terms for the next fifty years. Physical AI is at that moment now. What has changed is the pace. The move from research to commercial deployment is compressed into years, not decades, and the capital allocation decisions being made in 2026 will decide who owns the industrial base at the end of the cycle. MACHINA Summit 2026 is hosting a fireside chat on exactly that. Sophocles Zoullas, Chairman and CEO of Zenith shipping Line, in conversation with Nicolaus Radford, CEO of Persona AI. Moderated by David Beach, Principal of CRESTMONT investments. Expect a conversation grounded in the commercial deployment of Physical AI across shipping, energy, and manufacturing, the economic forces driving adoption, and why industrial robotics may be one of the defining investment opportunities of the decade. CRESTMONT investments is the New York private investment firm that backs Physical AI companies once they have moved past unproven technology into cleared products, paying customers, and demonstrable revenue. We are pleased to welcome Crestmont Investments as a sponsor of MACHINA Summit 2026. Crestmont Investments is a New York-based private investment and advisory firm founded in 2017 by David Beach, focused on strategic investments, capital formation, and special situations across energy, healthcare, industrials, business services, technology, and real assets. The investment thesis is deliberately narrow: patient capital deployed into growth-stage businesses with proven models, not scientific risk. The team operates through selective conviction (a small set of new opportunities each year, sourced from long-standing operator and family-office relationships), aligned structures (purpose-built vehicles with transparent economics), and long horizons (patient capital underwritten to a defined exit thesis identified at entry). The firm's mission is anchored in supporting businesses focused on a cleaner, safer, and healthier world. Team backgrounds span @jpmorgan , @GoldmanSachs (via Ayco), the @UTresury , @WhiteHouse , and the US Department of Defense. At MACHINA, Crestmont Investments joins the capital providers whose job begins where the science ends: taking proven Physical AI products from paying customers to industrial scale. In four days, the doors of Station F will open to the most consequential gathering of physical AI minds Europe has ever seen, the MACHINA Summit. For years, artificial intelligence lived on screens. It answered questions, generated images, and wrote code. It was powerful. But it was contained. That era is over. Physical AI is not the next wave. It is the wave that is already here, already moving, already reshaping every industry on earth. Leaders from @nvidia , @OpenAI , @1x_tech , @BostonDynamics , @GoogleDeepMind , @Apptronik , @SkildAI , @agilityrobotics , and hundreds of other companies with trillions in value will be on stage and the floor for conversations that don't happen anywhere elsewhere. Are you in the room where physical AI stops being a conversation and starts being the room where everything gets decided? Secure your spot now: lnkd.in/ehb-WpAC #MACHINA2026 #PhysicalAI

Only a handful of people in robotics have shipped a humanoid at production scale. Even fewer have done it twice. Jérôme Monceaux, founder of @EnchantedTools , is one of them. We are pleased to welcome Jérôme Monceaux, Founder and CEO of Enchanted Tools, to the MACHINA Summit stage. Jérôme is one of the few people in the field with two waves of production humanoid experience behind him. He co-founded Aldebaran Robotics, the company that brought Nao and Pepper to market before its acquisition by SoftBank Robotics. Those robots became the reference points for humanoid deployment in education, therapy, and retail, shaping the standards for robot-assisted social engagement that the field still works within today. He also founded SPooN, a software company combining AI-generated language with 3D avatars for empathetic human-machine interaction. At Enchanted Tools, founded in 2021 and now a team of more than 140 in Paris, he is applying that discipline to the Mirokaï line: character-based humanoid robots designed for on-site assistance in care settings, guiding and reassuring patients and residents while autonomously handling routine logistics for care teams. Deployments already run across healthcare, hospitality, and public infrastructure, from the Mather Institute senior living pilot to the Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport concierge. He is a frequent keynote speaker across Europe and the United States on robotics, AI, and product design. At MACHINA, Jérôme joins the operators who have built humanoid robots at production scale twice, and know what the second time requires that the first did not. The system under certification used to be a fixed hardware product. In Physical AI, it is a continuously learning model embedded in a machine that operates alongside people. The certification frameworks are catching up. The threat model is not enterprise IT. A compromised humanoid on a factory floor is not a data breach. It is a safety event. An autonomous vehicle with a corrupted perception model is not a service outage. It is a liability question. The companies that treat cyber, safety, and functional certification as parallel engineering disciplines, rather than sequential paperwork, will be the ones cleared to operate at scale. MACHINA Summit 2026 is hosting a panel on exactly that. Jason Yueh, CTO at VicOne LAB R7. Arnab Bagchi, Head of Product at Saphira AI (YC S24). Florian Weißhardt, Head of Synapticon Intelligence at Synapticon. Ilya Tolchinsky, Principal Product Manager for AI at @Synopsys Inc. Moderated by Sandor Felber, Co-Founder and CEO at @MinervaHumanoid . Expect a conversation on cybersecurity for physical systems, functional safety under continuous learning, and how the certification path is changing when the system under audit is not a fixed hardware product but a model embedded in a machine. A humanoid platform that costs less than a family car is a 2026 reality. @UnitreeRobotics is the Hangzhou-based company that made it possible, and the G1 is the platform most Physical AI research labs are now training on. We are pleased to welcome Unitree Robotics as a sponsor of MACHINA Summit 2026. Unitree Robotics is a Hangzhou-based robotics company founded in 2016 by Wang Xingxing, who was recognised on the TIME 100 AI list in August 2025. The company began with quadruped robots (Laikago, A1, B1, Go1, Go2, B2, A2), entered humanoids with the H1 in 2023, and has since built out one of the broadest humanoid product ladders in the industry: the H1 (from $90,000, adult-scale industrial platform), H2 (from $29,900), G1 (from $13,500, the most affordable production humanoid on the market), and R1 (from $4,900). The G1 has become the default humanoid platform for research labs, robot-learning startups, and integrators globally, extensively used with LeRobot policy training, Isaac Lab, and MuJoCo pipelines. Beyond the hardware, Unitree contributes significant open-source infrastructure to the field, including the UnifoLM-VLA-0 vision-language-action model for humanoid manipulation, the unitree_lerobot end-to-end embodied AI framework, and reinforcement learning stacks for both IsaacLab and MuJoCo. Public milestones include a G1 kung fu routine at the 2026 CCTV Spring Festival Gala and a 130,000-step cold-weather autonomy test at -47°C in the Altay snowfields. At MACHINA, Unitree Robotics joins the companies that understand humanoid robotics is decided by manufacturing scale and open ecosystems as much as by the models running on top. Every robotics team eventually has to answer the same question. Does the robot need a general-purpose world model, or does it just need to see the specific things the task requires? The two answers point to very different companies. General world models scale across environments but demand enormous training data, compute, and validation. Task-specific perception ships faster and runs cheaper but generalises poorly. Most of the field will sit somewhere in between, and where exactly that line falls is one of the most consequential design choices in Physical AI right now. MACHINA Summit 2026 is hosting a panel on exactly that question. Hassan Bouchiba, Founder and CEO at Exwayz. Inhi Cho Suh, CEO at @NianticSpatial @jonathanberte , CEO at @robovision . Alexander Shpunt, CEO and Co-Founder at Lyte. Moderated by Si Chen, Co-Founder at IO-AI Tech. Expect a conversation grounded in what perception actually needs to do in production, where world models earn their compute cost, and where task-specific vision is still the right answer.
