I feel like there needs to be more startups that have the explicit goal of directly uplifting as many Americans as possible with meaningful work or the ability to start a small business. One of my top goals with Steel Bot is to make a robot company that makes it as easy as possible for anyone to purchase a small fleet of robots and train them to do valuable work in order to have a small business. I want there to be small, local businesses buying my robots and using them for landscaping, window washing, gutter cleaning, and so many other valuable but tedious tasks. I believe robotics will be one of the biggest sources of leverage to enterprising individuals and I hope to support literally millions of new entrepreneurs across the country to realize their American Dream.
few understand that this is actually america’s greatest strength

What began as a little spark in Philadelphia grew and spread like a wildfire until this fire became the light on the hill shining out to the whole planet. Across the continent as well as the world men had had in their hearts the longing for freedom and individual self-determination as they have had since time immemorial. The spark that was expressed in this precious document spoke to this longing in so many and thus they were freely willing to give their lives for this idea and to defend this newfound freedom. We enjoy this liberty directly here in this unique country. And the same thoughts and principles have spread to many parts of the world. It’s hard to imagine our world without this bastion and lantern of freedom. God bless America 🇺🇸 x.com/Michael7ucci/status/20…

Let’s fight to build a better future. Let’s encourage those fighting alongside us. The voices of cynicism will be loud but we are not alone in our pressing forward. This is the land of the free and the home of the BRAVE!! Providence always favors the bold and those who believe and who will tell the mountain in their way, “be taken up and cast into the sea!” 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
It’s easy to be nostalgic for a past we imagine was better than today. But if I had a choice of where and when to live, I’d choose America—in her future. There is much left to build and much left to liberate. Let’s leave this great country better than we found it.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice." — Steve Jobs Dare to dream big and know that the haters and skeptics will come and their voice will be loud. Their attitude is rooted in their own cynicism and is not useful to anybody. Press forward no matter what others say or what opinions they give. Providence is with all those who continue despite insurmountable odds and disbelief from all sides. Press on! We are blessed to be here; This is THE LAND OF THE FREE!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I think the hardest part about straying from the well-worn path is being misunderstood by those closest to you and whom you care about the most. Perhaps especially when you expected them to have your back.
"Believing that the dots will connect down the road will give you the confidence to follow your heart even when it leads you off the well-worn path. And that will make all the difference." - Steve Jobs, 2005

I don’t think it’s possible to over-share this quote and be reminded again of its fundamental truth.

Matic is an actually useful home robot that is improving constantly. What strikes me the most is that it’s not just tech people that love it: both my mother-in-law and wife absolutely love theirs and now can’t imagine life without it. My wife is constantly using the custom clean area feature on the app. This is currently my favorite company on earth. Great job, Matic team!
🚀 Stable 165 just rolled out! Same Matic. Way smarter. That's the deal. 🧦 Avoids Clothes on the Floor Matic now spots clothes and doesn't get stuck! Try it out and tell us what you think 👇

💯 without question. It’s always felt like a violation to turn notifications into a sales channel.
Should Apple have an App Store rule that transactional and advertising push notifications must have separate opt-ins?

I don’t think the wife is going to be ok with this in the house, no matter how well it loads the dishwasher.
THIS THING COMING AT YOU Duke University had developed Argus, a 20-legged robot equipped with a camera on each leg, drawing inspiration from the visual system of the sea urchin.

In some ways it feels healthy to have a geopolitical foe that pushes us to do our best work. And because we are a free country it only takes a few motivated individuals to take on a whole industry. Long America 🇺🇸
There’s one factory in the US that has figured out how to compete with China when it comes to making metal parts. We went to Reno to see how SendCutSend operates.

We are the most blessed generation in human history. What a time to be alive. We live like kings compared with so many who came before us.

I want my humanoid to look like it’s transported in time from the year 2254 where it works on an American Galactic Empire ship.

“All science is either physics or stamp collecting.” -Ernest Rutherford Physical reality is king. Our digital worlds are useful tools but all of it is in service to robot hardware that works well in the real world. That’s what matters at the end of the day.

Very happy to see that OpenClaw isn’t dead and is actually doing quite well!
People here discussing what happened with OpenClaw. The hype died down. We improved quality and grew a team. We created a non-profit whereas competiors are VC funded and have other agendas. This is our strongest week so far.

Karate is cool and all but what would really impress me would be to see a Unitree bot carrying a tray of champaign glasses without spilling. I don’t know whether that’s possible with their hardware but it would be awesome if so. I think smoothness of motion or “grace” is underrated in importance.
