new site up - maybepratik.com a few changes i've made in my life/career: i've decided to sunset baseframe. the business is doing well, but i don't want to be another "solo design studio" guy forever. i'm interested in more than design, and i'd like to spend more time exploring things beyond figma. i've also decided to take on just one project at a time. why? because i enjoy it more. i spent years juggling multiple projects at once, doing everything myself. recently, i experimented with working with only one client at a time and realized i was having a lot more fun. - i felt more invested. - more focused. - more dedicated to the outcome. it's that simple. i like giving something my full attention. to create more space for myself, travel more, and explore new things, this is the direction i'm taking. which naturally means my pricing changes too. taking on 1 project for july: • 4-week sprint (defined scope) • $5,842 • 75% refund if you don't like the work in week 1 • slack/discord, async if this sounds exciting, let's collaborate. (open to full-time/founding roles as well) thank you!

Yesterday, I attended the first-ever @aiweekendsxyz event in Ahmedabad 🚀 Different backgrounds. Different ideas. One common thing: Everyone was building. @rahulbhadoriiya bhai shared valuable insights, feedback and motivation to all from his own builder journey. Saw people build: • Tools for family businesses • Health-related apps • Startup validation platforms • Job discovery tools • Personal productivity solutions Thanks to @maybepratikk @0xratnakar, @tushaarmehtaa, and @uiwithjay for bringing #AiWeekends to Ahmedabad 🙌 P.S.: This photo makes it look like I was locked in, sitting alone, and cooking something crazy 😭 The reality? did the first chapter of @aiweekendsxyz in ahmedabad yesterday. something i wished existed back when i was in college. ahmedabad has a lot of events, but most either go unnoticed or are heavily paid. we never really had a proper stage for builders. i was in bangalore last month, attended one of the sessions, and instantly knew i wanted to bring this to ahmedabad. few weeks later, i texted @0xratnakar and @tushaarmehtaa asking if we could do it here. we got on a call the next day and planned the whole thing in a week. no idea where we’d do it, who’d show up, or how we’d manage it. but we did it anyway. and yes, “we”. huge help from @uiwithjay and @Bhartiyaanshul. for the first session, the response was honestly really good, especially considering we barely spoke about it online. people travelled from other cities for a 5-hour co-build session. some built web apps for themselves, some built things for their parents’ businesses. that was the best part. huge s/o to @rahulbhadoriiya for joining us and giving valuable feedback and motivation to everyone who attended. and we’re not stopping here. we want more builders to come together and build awesome things. so yeah, we’re bringing it again. more on this later lol. so stoked.
