Today, we're launching the Atomicwork AI Workforce, and we believe this is one of the most significant shifts in how enterprises get work done. For the past decade, organisations have been building AI into their workflows. But the unit of operation that enterprises are actually built on has never been a task or a workflow. It's always been a person. Someone who owns a role, shows up with context, asks for help when they need it, and gets better over time. Every dimension your organisation already uses to manage people applies to the Atomicwork AI Workforce. Identity, job role, access, budget, performance. An AI coworker has a name, a defined scope, a human manager, and the tools to see work through from start to finish. The operating model is the same one your organisation has run on for decades. What's changed is that the technology to make this real has finally arrived, and for the first time, all the pieces are ready at the same time and they compose. We're not asking teams to rethink how they work. We're giving them a workforce that works the way they already do. Read more about what this means for your organisation Welcome to the #AtomicworkForce! @amnigos @kirandarisi @parsurv @AparnaChugh @rwmesh @leningali

And overall, I’m super happy with where I am and the clarity I have right now. I still see everything in life as an experiment. Excited to make a few new bets in 2026. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year šŸŽ„āœØ

Coffee I picked up two new grinders the Option -O Lagom Mini and the DF64 and I’m really happy with the DF64’s performance. Next year, I’m planning to attend the World Brewers Cup in Bangkok. On beans: I’ve been loving Define Time from Seniman Coffee Roasters (Bali). Back in India, instagram.com/capulusbeansro… has been consistently great and I genuinely appreciate how thoughtfully they package everything. Big thanks to @parsurv who still brings me beans from Singapore (that’s honestly one of the things I miss the most). Also: I recently found a Hyderabad coffee community, which has been a fun surprise.

Books podcasts For book inspiration, @readswithravi is still my go-to. Of what I read recently, two books really stood out: The Goal (Theory of Constraints) and The Resilience Project - On podcasts, @lennysan's Podcast is still outstanding. one episode that particularly stayed with me: ā€œA guide to difficult conversations & building high-performing relationshipsā€ podcasts.apple.com/in/podcas… - A new one I discovered: Solved by @Markmanson very well-researched. ā€œFinding Your Purpose | Solvedā€ podcasts.apple.com/in/podcas…

Tech (recency-biased) Last 4 weeks I’ve been coding quite a bit some POCs for our product, and some fun side projects just to learn and build. A big inspiration has been the ā€œsolo softwareā€ mindset from @dharmesh. - One line that stuck with me from a recent talk by @Steve_Yegge : if you’re a developer, you should be burning your salary’s worth of tokens per day (obviously not applicable to everyone). First, follow these folks @thekitze @dexhorthy A few resources that helped shape my workflow: - Superpowers (Jesse Vincent): github.com/obra/superpowers - Beads great for reducing the friction of building: github.com/steveyegge/beads - Prompts coding workflow (@doodlestein): github.com/Dicklesworthstone… - How we think about long-running agents at @atomicworkhq lots of inspiration from @AnthropicAI : anthropic.com/engineering/ef… And why we believe we have the right to win: x.com/JayaGup10/status/20035…

It’s that time of year when people share where they are compared to last year. A few big milestones for me personally: we raised our Series A (@khoslaventures @z47_vc @BlumeVentures @neon_fund @stormventures @BatteryVentures @peakxvpartners ) and the support from VCs, plus the push to operate as a stronger company, was incredible. I also changed countries and spent 120 days in Bengaluru. šŸ’Ŗ These days, my life revolves around three things: tech, books, and coffee. On the personal front, health-wise I’m doing better than last year averaged ~4 km a day and working out more consistently. Relationships-wise, I haven’t done as well, but I’m catching up. Long thread ahead on what I learned across tech, books, and coffee šŸ‘‡

Thoroughly enjoyed this conversation with @siddharthaa7 and doing this alongside @SPeddineni100.
What do repeat founders do differently? Lessons from @SPeddineni100 (HostAnalytics, Gainsight, GTM Buddy) and @kirandarisi (Freshworks, Atomic Work). A masterclass for anyone building SaaS. (1/12)

More power to team @atomicworkhq as they reimagine agentic IT service management in our new AI-first world! In our world of venture and startups, we back brave founders who go out seeking to change the world by building cutting-edge products and platforms. But along with Products and Platforms is a third P - *People*. Partnering with great People is the cornerstone - and it's been a pleasure and privilege to back @amnigos @kirandarisi @parsurv and the expanding team ... and also to be joined by a stellar and growing band of cap table supporters to power the atomic journey ahead šŸš€šŸš€šŸš€ @BlumeVentures
Many congratulations to team @atomicworkhq for the fantastic Series-A raise to kick-start the year! We at @BlumeVentures feel privileged to be part of this journey since day zero, and are excited to double down emphatically and back @amnigos @kirandarisi @parsurv @leningali @AparnaChugh and the rest of the team to build the best-in-class service management platform for the AI-native era. For too long, IT teams have struggled with clunky old-school software to manage service workflows, and the high TCO low automation of these incumbents makes it even more challenging. Atomicwork is now able to provide an incredibly smooth experience for employees and IT teams alike, by re-imagining service management from the grounds up using AI. The fact that early customers like Zuora, AMMEX etc are strong champions of the company is clear validation of this! Couldn't have imagined a better team to go after this market and we're glad to now have @khoslaventures @BatteryVentures and @peakxvpartners join us and @z47_vc for the ride :) @sanjaynath @BKartRed @AshishFafadia
