We're excited to be adding a new development project to the VestMint Fund in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The project will bring approximately 120 new housing units to a location just minutes from downtown Omaha and within a highly sought-after school district. Being close to Omaha and located within a desirable school district were two of the factors that made this an attractive opportunity for the portfolio. This one is also personally meaningful to me. I was born just down the road from this site, making it especially rewarding to help bring new housing to a place that's been part of my family's story from the beginning.
