A promising opportunity has opened for talented graduates in Punjab as the Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (P4A), operating under the Finance Department, has introduced the Young Professionals Program 2026. The one-year paid initiative offers selected participants a monthly stipend of Rs150,000 while allowing them to gain practical experience by contributing to ongoing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. To qualify, applicants must be Pakistani citizens, aged 25 years or below, and possess at least 16 years of HEC-recognized education with a minimum CGPA of 3.3. Graduates from a wide range of academic backgrounds including Finance, Law, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Economics, Data Analytics, Media Studies, and Public Policy are encouraged to apply. The selection process is highly competitive, with only 15 candidates to be chosen through shortlisting, a written assessment, and interviews. P4A has emphasized that this is a professional development program rather than a permanent employment opportunity, and participation does not guarantee a future job. Interested candidates must submit the official application form, along with the required documents, CNIC, CV, and a recent photograph, through the P4A portal no later than July 22, 2026.
