Since launching the LvlUp Ventures MENA Global Investment Hub, we’re proud to announce our first 3 companies backed. 🌍 ventra Building the AI platform for impact entrepreneurs across emerging markets connecting founders to funding intelligence, sector-specific guidance, and growth frameworks tailored to their stage and region. Already live with 3 active ecosystem partners across Africa and the Middle East, positioned inside a $1.5T impact investing market, and operating within a sector seeing 35–40% CAGR in AI adoption across SMEs. 🕸️ Spider Infra Building revenue intelligence infrastructure for brokerages — helping financial platforms automatically detect, prioritize, and recover lost revenue across inactive or unfunded users. Already recovering $1.2M in revenue from just 450 users across live brokerage environments, with integrations and pipeline activity across Quantl, Alpaca, Elevate Financial, and CMC Markets. 🧠 Kybernis Building execution memory infrastructure for AI systems — allowing agents and workflows to reuse successful actions instead of reprocessing the same tasks repeatedly. The platform already includes a live runtime, workflow retrieval engine, billing infrastructure, and operator governance system built for operational AI teams. All founders are building infrastructure layers around markets that are growing rapidly across MENA and beyond. We’re proud to back ventra, Spider Infra, and Kybernis as they continue scaling toward their next milestones. 💪 #LvlUpVentures #MENA #VentureCapital #AIInfrastructure #ImpactTech #B2BCommerce #EmergingMarkets #Startups #VC

Google’s Water Replenishment Projects RFI is a major opportunity for organizations working in infrastructure, agriculture, and nature-based water solutions. The RFI is looking for projects that can help conserve, restore, capture, treat, or make water more accessible in priority watersheds, with funding ranging from $350,000 to $6 million per project outside California, and approximately $100,000 to $600,000 per project for eligible California projects. Projects must be operational by 2030, with preference for those online by 2028. What stands out is the emphasis on measurable impact. Google will evaluate projects using Volumetric Water Benefit Accounting 2.0 (VWBA 2.0), which means applicants need more than a good project idea. They need clear data, assumptions, implementation plans, monitoring frameworks, reporting structures, and defensible volumetric benefit calculations. This is where technology becomes critical. At @codefremics, we have worked on systems that support lending operations, field verification, customer onboarding, workflow automation, reporting, and decision support. During our work with BlueCredit, we gained practical experience building systems around verification, operational controls, accountability, data capture, and reporting, the same type of discipline required when implementing and tracking water replenishment projects. For organizations applying to this Google RFI, Codefremics can support with: 1. Digital project monitoring systems 2. VWBA 2.0 data capture workflows 3. Field verification tools 4. Beneficiary and site mapping 5. IoT/sensor data integrations 6. Reporting dashboards 7. Evidence documentation systems 8. Annual monitoring and validation support 9. Grant proposal technical documentation 10. Implementation tracking from project start to reporting stage Whether the project is leak detection, irrigation efficiency, wastewater reuse, stormwater capture, wetland restoration, or AI-supported irrigation management, the real challenge is not only implementation. The real challenge is proving impact. And funders like Google are making it clear: projects must be measurable, reportable, and aligned with recognized accounting standards. This is a strong opportunity for water utilities, NGOs, agriculture organizations, county governments, technology vendors, and implementation partners that are ready to build serious, data-backed water replenishment projects. At Codefremics, we are ready to help organizations turn eligible water projects into structured, measurable, and fundable programs. #Google #WaterStewardship #VWBA #Sustainability #ClimateTech #WaterManagement #AgricultureTech #Infrastructure #Codefremics #ImpactTech #GrantFunding #codefremics

Just got back from the US - both coasts. Every billboard, every conversation, every room was AI. Almost all of it focused on how AI will transform enterprise, reshape industries, redefine productivity for the knowledge economy. I sat in those conversations genuinely inspired. The pace of progress is remarkable. But I kept thinking about our farmers in Pakistan. Muhammad Iqbal is from District Chiniot has 15 acres and 9 animals. No credit score. No formal record of the food he produces, the animals he raises, the income he generates. To every financial institution in Pakistan, he effectively doesn't exist. Until now. At Waseela, we use AI to generate insights across data our platform collects - milk records, crop yields, vet visits, input purchases. Patterns that take a human analyst weeks, AI reads in seconds. The output: his first ever credit profile. Enterprise AI will create enormous value. I just think we're not spending enough energy on the other story. The most transformational thing AI can do is not make a $10B company worth $50B. It's to make someone invisible to the formal economy - visible. That's the equity story of AI. It doesn't get a billboard on Fifth Avenue or the 101. But it should get a conversation. #AI #Pakistan #ImpactTech @KisaanPK @kleinerperkins @peakxvpartners @kjamali

When accounting for farmers and their families who derive their livelihoods from agriculture, approximately 𝟐.𝟓 𝐭𝐨 𝟐.𝟔 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 people globally depend on agriculture for their sustenance. Yet today, billions of farmers remain excluded from the digital tools, finance and intelligence that could transform their livelihoods. Fragmented markets, lack of verified data, climate volatility and limited access to capital are holding back productivity, resilience and sustainability.
