Last week the Science, Space, and Technology Committee advanced my AI Security and Innovation Act, which is part of my broader Great American AI Act. AI is the foundational technology of our time, and Congress must ensure the federal government has the technical expertise and evaluation capabilities needed to address emerging risks while keeping America at the forefront of innovation. This bipartisan bill establishes the Center for AI Security and Innovation within the federal government and takes an important step toward the AI governance framework recommended by the bipartisan House AI Task Force.

.@NASAArtemis embodies everything we’re celebrating during @America250— the spirit of innovation and the determination to push to new frontiers. For 250 years, America has never stopped reaching higher, and we’re just getting started.
As we celebrate America's 250th birthday with @Freedom250, we're reminded that our nation's story has always been defined by people willing to take on big challenges. @POTUS launched the Artemis program with a bold vision for America's future in space. Today, we're carrying that vision forward by returning to the Moon, building a permanent presence, and preparing for where we inevitably go next.

The Quantum Race is on 🔥 President Trump is taking action, and I am proud to lead the effort in Congress with the National Quantum Initiative Reauthorization Act to codify these EOs into law. When it comes to the quantum race, second place is NOT an option!
The race for quantum leadership is underway, and America cannot afford to fall behind.

President Trump’s Executive Orders will accelerate quantum innovation, bolster our national security, and help position the United States to lead the next frontier of scientific and technological advancement. wsj.com/politics/policy/trum…
