🚨 I just introduced the Birthright Citizenship Act! This bill will build on President Trump’s executive order and codify these critical reforms into law. It’s time to END the exploitation of loopholes in our immigration system.

I totally agree with President Trump, Congress must act! Kavanaugh was right in his opinion, we must clarify statute surrounding birthright citizenship and who is “subject to the jurisdiction” of the U.S. My bill does exactly that! @WhiteHouse

The left says borders shouldn’t matter. Then why does the side of the border you’re born on suddenly matter so much?

AMERICA IS FOR AMERICANS. A nation that refuses to defend the meaning of its own citizenship is a nation surrendering its sovereignty. If we can’t protect who becomes an American, we won’t have a country left to protect.

A Supreme Court without the courage to confront the abuse of birthright citizenship is a disgrace to the American people. Americans have sacrificed to preserve the value of U.S. citizenship. Refusing to defend American citizenship risks losing the very nation it represents.
