❌ Red MAGA hat βœ… Blue EU-Inc hat
President Ursula von der Leyen officially announced the EU–INC today at Davos! A single legal entity for all European founders to grow massive companies in Europe. Online incorporation in 48 hours. No more bureaucratic mess across European borders. All of you made this happen!

Yeah imagine how horrible you must be that not even Qatar, with its obvious disregard for morality and sports integrity, resorted to its head of state calling FIFA and asking for exemptions from the rules.
Balogun being the final straw for Europeans is hilarious after Qatar got thousands of migrant workers killed working on their stadiums for the 2023 World Cup.

It's not about Balogun. It's really not about Belgium, even. It's about this being the final straw in a long phenomenon of football being blatantly sold out to Gulf-Arab billionaires and now to American interests.

Sepp Blatter did classy corruption (taking bribes for hosting rights) but never dirtied the sanctity of the game on the pitch. For that, he will always be a hero in my book.
Red cards are not overturned by political phone calls. They are overturned by rules, evidence and independent bodies. If a U.S. President intervenes with the FIFA President β€” and a player is suddenly cleared before a World Cup knockout match β€” the question is unavoidable: Quo vadis, FIFA? Football must never become a playground for political power. #FIFA #WorldCup #GianniInfantino #DonaldTrump

Trump pressuring FIFA is such a depressing sign of how far we've fallen. I'm so sick of the right pretending to care about American culture. What is more pure American culture than the sanctity of fairness in sports? Our suspensions get revoked because we're more powerful now. A backwards, third world country would be proud of winning like this. Americans shouldn't be. MAGAs are destroying our culture.

Objectively the funniest thing the ref could do at the US - Belgium game is immediately giving Balogun a red card.

Crazy that Sepp Blatter now feels like the embodiment of a clean FIFA in comparison.

How does a football account not know this is the most normal fan behavior for big matches? Oh USMNT, right.
This is crazy. Mexico fans outside of the England hotel at 2am before their World Cup clash.

Nothing less than a 5-0 thrashing by Belgium will satisfy the bloodlust I feel at this moment.

It genuinely violently disgusts me when people use that Bayern badge to demean the club.

Of all the things to make fun of, the clubs period under Nazi rule is really not it.

I’ve been in Seoul for all of three days and aside from my beloved Germany, i think this might just be the truth.
