I spent a month with them to write a deep dive piece on Sara's story and the Ando product (the first public piece about their product, ever - no pressure!) Most writing that feels "real" usually means looking at the world with more cynicism. Nix's writing is rare in that it feels intimately real yet inspires optimism every time I read her work. It was such a joy to hang out with her as we launched Tomo out of stealth:
