.@CNBC EXCLUSIVE: New Mexico and Castelion are highlighted on America's Top States for Business 2026 series. New Mexico's long history of hypersonic research and development is critical to Castelion’s growth as we build Project Ranger, a 1,000-acre hypersonic manufacturing campus. We're grateful for New Mexico's partnership, including @GovMLG, @sandovalcounty, @RioRanchoNM, @NMecondev, @ElectJayCBlock, and @ABQEconDev.

The wars in Ukraine and Iran have shown us that the United States needs more missiles produced cost effectively and at scale. The @WSJ discusses here how Castelion is contributing to that urgent need.  wsj.com/opinion/a-hypersonic…

Reminder to founders: VC valuations are VERY different from M&A valuations Blue Canyon: 400 employees, $160M/revenue, 85 satellites launched, profitable, 18-20% EBITDA margin. Unclear growth trajectory. $620M price tag. ~3.8x.

The Austin startup & venture ecosystem is grieving today We lost a larger-than-life character, responsible for Austin’s vibrant startup ecosystem There is no startup scene in Austin without @JoshuaBaer Rest in peace, praying for his family & the @CapitalFactory community
Capital Factory founder Joshua Baer, a visionary force in the Texas technology and start-up ecosystem, died Tuesday night in a private plane crash in Laredo, the organization confirmed to the American-Statesman. This is the way. Local communities should want data centers nearby —> low/no property tax, increased salaries, education & healthcare funding

Dropping a video update from Rio Rancho, NM. Project Ranger is moving faster than most expected, and we want people to see it. We've been hard at work with our customers within @PAEAviation and @usarmypaefires to integrate Blackbeard, the United States most affordable hypersonic weapon, on F/A-18 and HIMARS. Last week, we signed our HOA with the Department of War for 500 Blackbeards per year, minimum, with a clear path to thousands more. The more than 200 @Castelion, @ARCOMurray, and contractor teams on site have been hard at work building the home of future Blackbeard production in @sandovalcounty. None of it happens without people in government willing to actually act on the threat in front of us. Grateful to @SecWar Hegseth, @DepSecWar Feinberg, @USWREMichael, and @USDASDuffey for setting real demand and giving companies like ours the signal to go build the Arsenal of Freedom. We’re growing fast, and we’re hiring in New Mexico. Come build something that matters. castelion.com/careers/

"If we ran @amazon the way NYC ran their schools, your packages would take 6 weeks to arrive, cost a $100 delivery fee, and would have the wrong item in it anyway." Very well said, @JeffBezos
Yes, the United States has the most progressive tax system in the world. The top 1% pay 40% of taxes, the bottom 50% pay 3% of taxes. We can make it even more progressive by zeroing out taxes on the bottom half. It’s a small amount of the total tax revenue but very meaningful to people in this group.

News from @DeptofWar about commitment to new entrants and Low-Cost Hypersonic Missiles: Once @Castelion achieves testing and validation, the DoW will award a multi-year contract for a minimum of 500 Blackbeard missiles annually, while seeking the necessary authorizations and appropriations for over 12,000 total missiles over five years via @DoWCTO Read more: x.com/DoWCTO/status/20545725…
The @DeptofWar has reached new framework agreements with a slate of disruptive new entrants to aggressively expand the United States military’s lethal cruise missile and hypersonic missile strike capabilities.   Low-Cost Containerized Missiles (LCCM) Program: • Anduril • CoAspire • Leidos • Zone 5 Low-Cost Hypersonic Missiles: • Castelion This effort positions the Department to procure 10,000 LCCMs over three years, starting in 2027. Once Castelion achieves testing and validation, the Department will award a multi-year contract for a minimum of 500 Blackbeard missiles annually, while seeking the necessary authorizations and appropriations for over 12,000 total missiles over five years. These agreements will rapidly field effective and affordable kinetic mass for the Joint Force at scale, acting directly on the mandate from President Trump and Secretary Hegseth to strengthen America’s Arsenal of Freedom.
