The market seems violently split in two: Frontier AI megadeals. Everyone else fighting for scraps. A humble Request: If you aren't building a foundation AI model, stop playing the 2021 equity game. Stop trying to shoehorn ".ai" into your domain name just to get a meeting. Instead, build a cash flow rich business with good unit economics. If you have clean working capital cycles and predictable revenue, the lenders will fund you all day long and as a bonus you get to keep your cap table. REMEMBER: DILUTION IS FOREVER. DEBT IS TEMPORARY.
