🎓 EffecTive at the EDEN 2026 Annual Conference in Porto, Portugal 🇵🇹 We were proud to present the EffecTive project at the EDEN 2026 Annual Conference, hosted by the University of Porto's Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences (FPCEUP). Bringing together researchers, educators and innovators from across Europe, the conference explored this year's theme, "Beyond Technology: Human-AI Collaboration for Learning and Teaching." Looking back at the SYNCLUSIVE General Assembly in Rome 🇮🇹 (mid‑April) During our General Assembly in Rome, the SYNCLUSIVE Scientific Advisory Board shared encouraging feedback—and clear ideas for strengthening the project in its final year. ✨ What stood out most SYNCLUSIVE was recognised for tackling real‑life complexity: the fact that people often face multiple, overlapping barriers when entering or progressing in the labour market. By working across countries and Living Labs, the project helps turn this complexity into insights others can learn from 🌍 🤝 Strong collaboration across partners The way regional partners—employers, public services, training providers and others—work together was highlighted as a key strength, especially given very different national and institutional contexts. 🔍 Key suggestions for the final year • Make capabilities more explicit: focusing not just on skills or confidence, but on the real opportunities people have to move forward in work and life • Better capture differences in social dialogue and collective bargaining across countries, to explain why certain approaches work better in some contexts than others Overall, the feedback confirmed the relevance of SYNCLUSIVE and sharpened our focus on cross‑country learning, strengthening opportunities for people, and making results useful beyond the project itself. #SYNCLUSIVE #SocialInnovation #InclusiveLabourMarkets #LivingLabs #EuropeanProjects
