Studios either going indie or getting sold's good I'm also a fan of the flattening of the management structure. You could tell by their output that way too many layers were between the decision makers and the creatives, hopefully this betters it. But the layoffs suck so much...
Microsoft is laying off 4800 employees today / 1600 Xbox employees impacted -Double Fine and Compulsion Games are going independent -Microsoft selling Ninja Theory and Undead Labs Full memo from Asha: theverge.com/news/961546/xbo…

I mean, it's not just the streamers dictating the long production cycles. Creatives remember what it was like when working in TV meant being locked into 25 episode yearly cycles and thus out of any other projects. No one will sign on for that again.

The darkest blindspots of most smart people, hyper-talents, creatives is self-sabotage. They're usually their own enemies. Because they know they can do things, they end up never doing those things.

Managing multiple clients usually means one risk: brand mix-ups. Different tone of voice, assets, and guidelines – and consistency starts to slip as output scales. AI Marketing Agent solves this with isolated Data Rooms for each client. Every brand gets its own environment for assets, guidelines, and outputs, so content stays aligned, consistent, and fully separate – even when you’re scaling across multiple campaigns. Turn marketing ideas into campaign-ready, on-brand creatives: social.semrush.com/4p7EBoH.
