This weekend was another reminder that our focus has never been about chasing the easy path 🛣️—it's about competing to make us better. Our girls embraced the challenge all weekend long against strong 12U competition going 5-2 to gear up for AFCS mentally, and they answered the call with grit, toughness, and relentless effort placing 🥉 for the 12U D1 Fastpitch Great Lakes Firecracker. 🇺🇸🎇 Special shoutout to Coach @AndrewSton16136 for having our team over for a July 4th swim party Saturday evening!
The growth this team has made over the last 10 months has been incredible to witness. From their softball IQ and in game fundamentals growing consistently to their confidence, resilience, and belief in one another- they continue to prove what trusting the process can accomplish. We couldn't be more proud to call this group ours. 🤩
Our mission has always been bigger than wins and losses. We take great pride in developing these amazing girls into complete ballplayers and even better young women—teaching accountability, leadership, confidence, and how to compete with class both on and off the field.
One of the greatest compliments we can receive isn't about the scoreboard—it's hearing coaches, families, and opponents consistently recognize the way our girls play the game. That speaks volumes about who they are becoming. 👏🏻
