Across our facilities, the American flag is more than a symbol on the wall; it’s a reminder that what we’re building is part of America’s history and future. We're proud to support American leadership in space, honor 250 years of the American pioneering spirit, and be part of the legacy.

Blue Ring was deliberately designed for a variety of missions, including interplanetary. Blue Ring is built from the start to turn a dream Venus mission architecture into reality, on a faster timeline and at a lower cost than traditional planetary mission approaches. Dr. Thomas Zurbuchen, NASA's former science chief, has his mission. What's your dream Blue Ring mission?

Endurance testing continues! We completed a shock test last week, introducing our MK1 lunar lander to the environment generated when it separates from New Glenn. 21 accelerometers were positioned around the vehicle to characterize the shock response. All components exceeded survivability requirements during the test. Next up: Full vehicle separation testing.

We're not rebuilding the same pad for New Glenn. We're moving to a horizontal/vertical hybrid configuration to get us flying again this year at 36A.  We were already working on something similar for 9x4 at 36B. Let me explain what that means. We mate the stages horizontally in the Integration Facility (IF). Then we bring the integrated vehicle out to the pad, use a crane to perform the vertical breakover, and mate the payload once New Glenn is vertical. This new ConOps has the added benefit of increasing our flight cadence as well.

600 feet of crane assembled incredibly fast by the team. We will start pulling down the tower (segment by segment) so we can modify each piece in parallel.

Quite a sight to see the progress this team has made since May 28. Wreckage recovery from start to finish was completed in 9 days, and all debris has been cleared from Launch Complex 36. Huge shoutout to the team who have been working 7x24. We have started reconstruction and still plan to fly again this year. Will have more details on the new conop soon.

Blue Ring MTO’s maneuverability and mass-delivery capability enable a new paradigm in exploration and scouting at Mars, filling current gaps and paving the way for human exploration. Blue Ring’s bi-propellant chemical propulsion enables standard transfer windows to Mars and timely insertion into an initial Martian orbit. The highly efficient electric propulsion system augments the chemical system by increasing performance and payload capacity during interplanetary cruise and provides maneuverability at Mars, enabling access to multiple scientifically interesting orbits in a single flight.
By providing both propulsion for delivery and Earth communications, Blue Ring MTO dramatically simplifies requirements for orbiters and landed assets at Mars, allowing them to focus on exploration, science, and scouting rather than basic infrastructure. Next-generation high-resolution imagery, weather and dust storm monitoring, and ice mapping for fuel resources and ice science are essential for enabling human landing and advancing Mars understanding. Blue Ring MTO’s infrastructure significantly reduces the complexity, cost, and risk of these missions, enabling swarms of lower-cost, smaller missions to perform next-generation science at Mars.

Continuous sunlight is scarce on the Moon unless you know where to look. 🌑 The lunar poles contain "peaks of eternal light," areas bathed in near-continuous sunlight. Power Tower mounts on Blue Moon MK1's top deck and extends solar arrays to 26 meters total height to capture that energy and deliver sustained power for Moon Base operations. Check out this video of Power Tower during a successful deployment in an analog lunar environment. The infrastructure era of lunar exploration starts now.

Made in AL, tested in TX!
I've come to appreciate boring hotfires. Our BE-7 team recently completed a 2,500 second hotfire test at 10klbf on a development engine, setting the record for the longest-duration turbo pump-fed liquid rocket engine hotfire. This built on some of the most rigorous testing in the history of propulsion, with the previous record set by the RS-25 engine that powered the Space Shuttle. They recorded two 2,017 second tests in 1988. It's not lost on us that we're following a path those engineers blazed, and we're grateful for it. Grab the popcorn and enjoy watching 41 minutes of hotfire goodness.

Planetary defense is a pressing challenge in space. Here's how Blue Ring is solving it. We developed NEO (Near-Earth Objects) Hunter, a mission concept that tests ion-beam deflection and direct kinetic impact techniques, leveraging Blue Ring's unique ability to maneuver, host, and deploy payloads across deep space.
