Who are your influencers in the reconditioning process? Experience and evidence are absorbed, but conservative protocols from physicians can create a rigid mindset. Rehabilitation is often top-down, but surgeons aren't always experts in reconditioning.

Muscle injuries often stem from a mismatch between capacity & strain. Focusing solely on strength isn't enough. We need to regulate maximum speed exertion & analyze running mechanics to reduce microscopic strain. Strength tests don't always correlate with sprint propulsion force.
