Big Announcement: Town now supports Microsoft Outlook! We're so excited to see the Townies help even more people. Outlook users now get the same magical experience that Gmail users already love, right inside their inbox and calendar. And if you use both Gmail and Outlook? You can now connect both accounts so your Townie can work across them. Your assistant is excited to meet you: town.com/sign-up

I replaced a lot of what I built in Claude Code with @TownAI. It’s more capable and requires no maintenance. Incredibly easy to use and does more than what I built. 20 hours of work → a 20 minute setup. This is happening everywhere. I don’t mourn the loss of my projects. I’m thrilled to have products.

Woke up this morning to see 3 email drafts. I was startled because I did not prepare any emails at midnight. All I did was create my new Townie. I still don't know how my Townie even came up with all of this, but, wow. @TownAI this is another level of proactivity.

I too have experienced the third wave of AI interaction and it's just me and my townie Astro destroying todos and dominating productivity and creativity like nerdy superheroes. Thanks to @TownAI for the first magical productivity tool experience in a long, long time.
This is a new paradigm for interacting with Claude that is significantly more "inline" with all the other human activity org-wide. Once you do all of the under the hood engineering work to make this "just work" (e.g. across tools, integrations, compute environments, memory, security, etc.), Claude basically joins the team in a seamless way - you can talk to it as you would talk to a person and it can help with a very large variety of workloads. Imo this is the 3rd major redesign of LLM UIUX. The first paradigm was that the LLM is a website you go to, the second was that it is an app you download to your computer. This third one is that it is a self-contained, persistent, asynchronous entity with org-wide tools and context, working alongside teams of humans. It really takes a while to wrap your head around it, but it works and it is awesome.

This is such a popular use case for @TownAI — we get hundreds of emails from parents who find use cases we never would have dreamed about!

Drop everything you're doing and add @TownAI to your life stack. The last time a product felt this magical to me was ChatGPT in 2022. Town has significantly streamlined my work and life tasks. Imagine OpenClaw but one-click easy and on steroids. (I REALLY wish I was an investor ugh. Kudos to @jgreze and @tonydevincenzi on building a killer product!)

I have tested literally hundreds of AI tools My #1 productivity hack - asking @TownAI to send me a daily recap of all the things I promised to do in meetings (via @meetgranola transcripts) ...and then telling Town to start working on them

Started using @TownAI recently and am shocked by how much it has already improved my life. Just takes care of so many of the little things that used to rip me out of flow state multiple times a day 👌

. @TownAI has been writing email replies for me lately, and honestly they're the first AI written emails I've actually used without edits. Continue to be impressed.
Have been using @TownAI for the past week. Enjoying it. Very good product 👍

Town's CEO (@jgreze) says 80% of users on ChatGPT or Claude average three prompts a day... "That person is sitting at a computer five hours a day... and they're doing dozens if not hundreds of things". "Those things are not being automated. They're not actually leveraging AI for much of it" "The AI hasn't been brought to where people actually do the work"
Today, we’re launching @TownAI: the AI assistant that learns you. We’re coming out of beta with a $55M Series A led by @ARampell at @a16z, with participation from @KirstenGreen at @forerunnervc and continued support from @firstround, @altcap, and @conviction. Right now, getting real value from AI means prompting, configuring, building workflows, managing agents. We think that’s backwards. The future of AI is a companion that already knows you and how you work. Town connects across your inbox, calendar, Slack, docs, messages, and workflows to understand what you need, then starts doing the work with you. Drafting. Scheduling. Project tracking. Follow-ups. Context gathering. Multi-step tasks. And it only acts when you say so. All adapting to your voice, priorities, routines, and relationships over time. Your Townie is the AI assistant you actually need.

The @TownAI product and team are both just really good. We keep automating more and more of internal workflows using Town (e.g., aggregating portfolio updates and updating our internal trackers). Josh (our head of finance) loves it. Since Town also auto-drafts emails it's also become eerily good at actually analyzing investments. There are a few times it's either drafted emails accepting an intro or passing on a company that are truly uncanny. We probably got two years left and then Town just takes over. :) Congrats to @jgreze, Tony, et al!

One of the couple daily active products that has entered my life post ChatGPT. Granola makes me efficient with meeting notes. @TownAI makes me efficient with my inbox. My inbox is no longer my calendar.
