FLOOD RISK TUESDAY Heavy rain and strong winds will return Tuesday as an atmospheric river moves across northern California. Flooding risk will be highest Tuesday afternoon with heavy rain falling on saturated grounds. Winds will also be strong with gusts 30-50mph.

This morning the Palisades fire is now advancing into Brentwood in Southern California. Firefighters are aggressively attacking this area from the air and ground but you can see how close these flames are to homes.
