What managing 100 UGC creators in a year taught me about humans 🫀 1. You can coach some ppl, but you can’t change people 2. If they wanted to, they will. Self-drive goes further than external motivation 3. Being money-focused without showing results first is never a good sign 4. The best creators are the ones who can interpret feedback and make changes fast 5. Content<>creator fit is real. Everyone has an edge in a specific style After interacting w hundreds of creators, I’d probably make a good Recruiter in another world lol 😜

Bet on Humans more than AI 🤖 AI UGC accounts’ success rates are extremely low atm Then ones u do see are the top 0.1% When it’s not made by humans, it’s harder to target humans We’ve been seeing a high success rate With human UGC accounts at Ikigai - consistency gives great account health - quick iterations and a/b testing - looks real bc it is real lol Anything could work So make the best bets compound ⏱️
