Question from a non-American. Can the U.S. deport an American-born citizen for no legal cause? Some senior Trump goofs are suggesting it. Some of these people have never even left the U.S. WTF would you even send them? Seems to me such cases would be tied up in court.

Why?? Why should Canada capitulate to Washington’s demands when our sovereignty is treated with such contempt? The majority of Canadians feel that until the U.S. offers a profound apology and treats the nation north of its border with baseline dignity, American alcohol should stay barred. Why should a strong, independent Canada compromise its economic dignity for a country whose unprovoked hostility has inflicted damage that a simple explanation can no longer repair?
