OPPO Reno16 Pro β Full Review:
A Charming All-rounder, Caught Between Two Worlds.
Before we begin, just take a look at this phoneβs design.
I think this is one of the most eye-catching patterns that OPPO has ever made.
Aside from that new 3D Pop Planet design, the Reno16 Pro also brought several upgrades:
π€³ A more compact 6.3β screen at up to 144 Hz refresh rate
π¨ The new MediaTek Dimensity 8550 SoC with improved graphics performance
π Larger 6700 mAh battery
π§βπ» Latest ColorOS 16 with flagship-like software experience
πΈ Several new and improved camera & photo editing features, like Pop Cam and AI Remix Collage
π¦ New Dual 2020 Multi-focus LED Flash
I've loved how far OPPO has grown when it comes to refining the Reno Series phones, especially in the software department.
This time, those refinements extend to the performance, battery, and overall user experience as well.
That's while fitting into a more compact body that feels awesome to hold.
I adore this phone, and there are so many reasons to love it.
But there's just one thing that makes it harder for me to recommend this phone than it should've been.
Let's find out why I thought so. π
