it's pretty natural for our faves to fall to the wayside and have wavering presence in a game this big and full, so if alyosha does end up fulfilling a similar heart-of-the-group role as aino and kachina as the honorable 4 star, i'll probably be too stuffed with happiness to move

on the flip side of this thought, flins's energy feels like a personal self-sustaining battery, so i can't stand a flins ship that either cuts away and mutates his characteristics, or reattributes them to the other party. to me, gravesin is perfect. they exist without detracting

not even just because rerir is my favorite (jk i'm biased) but imo he's just so full of this electric energy. it's all so painfully bright whether he's a soggy dog or a melodramatic villain, and it makes all possible ship combos automatically great by virtue of rerir being in it
