Building an intelligence layer is the easy part. Rebuilding the physical supply chains and factory floor talent we spent decades outsourcing is the actual bottleneck. Hard to win the next 250 years on code alone.

I think starts from both the tech community and the manufacturing community. Both sides need to be open to learning, unfortunately legacy industries are often extremely resistant and that slows down innovative solutions especially when data is siloed.
