By high school you should feel like you're starting to build your life, not preparing for some distant future state of adulthood. Teens thrive when you put them in an environment where they're expected to accomplish big things surrounded by equally driven peers and capable professionals who can provide coaching and mentorship along the way. 99% of the time they find those environments outside of school, if at all.
