Iranian television reported that Israel targeted the Iranian company Tofigh Darou, which produces multiple sclerosis (MS) medications and is the only competitor to the Israeli pharmaceutical company Teva in producing the raw material for MS drugs. The Israelis bombed the Iranian pharmaceutical company under the pretext of producing chemical weapons, while the company is medical and produces 90 percent of Iran’s medicine and is also a leading exporter of medicine in the Middle East, especially to countries under U.S. sanctions.
