Franca is correct that any type of bid may be submitted. There is a bankruptcy committee that will ultimately decide which bid is in the best interest of stakeholders and they will need to explain their reasoning to the judge and get it approved. Who really knows what will happen. Astellas and Lilly won’t be bidding higher out of the goodness of their hearts, that’s for sure. If more strategics show up SHs will see a recovery. If not, that’ll be that. Just have to wait and see. I’m in Francas camp, it’s hard to fathom that the technology is worth less than the inventory value. One would think even 300mm for the platform would be a steal given the partnerships, optional upside to the tens of billions in neuro, and IP. The universe of companies working on these specific problems, especially at the level of SGMO, which is clinically ready to start trialing stac-bbb, is quite limited. We saw Lilly strike partnerships exceeding 300mm earlier this year for a MINT-type recombinase platform.

Lucy blocked me for posting an inventory of her donations and freebies as have quite a few other @UKLabour MPs. They most certainly want to avoid this kind of scrutiny at election time. Powell is a lifelong professional grifter and wants to protect her first-class seat on the gravy train at all costs.

Lucy Powell has been the Labour MP for Manchester Central since 2012 and is currently Deputy Leader of the Labour Party.
Where to begin? The Gorton & Denton by-election? My abiding memory is not so much Hannah Spencer causing a significant upset but the abysmal, negative campaign run by Labour. A campaign that was coordinated by Lucy Powell.
I don’t recall seeing the Labour candidate, Angeliki Stogia, say anything but I do remember the bitter, petulant and negative tweets that Lucy was posting every day, primarily about @ZackPolanski and @TheGreenParty.
Lucy does seem to court controversy. There was her dismissive ‘dog whistle’ comments in respect of grooming gangs. And Lucy has recently been found to have rented her flat to a fellow MP and claimed expenses (approx £30,000) - to cover the rent.
Lucy is member of the lobby organisation Labour Friends of Israel and was very much involved in the plots, coups and leadership bids aimed at taking down Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership of The Labour Party.

That would take at least 20 years to do without all the upgrades to the grade they are doing. Many new developers or going to underground but thouse cables fail all of the time. Repairing them is much more labor intensive to repair then an above ground cable. Above ground just takes a few hi press lug connectors and can be done I. 20 minutes. Underground takes hours as it has ti be dug up one the fault is found. Cable splicing which is even harder to find people that splice. Then you have to have the inventory for the splicing kits.

Car Curber / Tick - an opportunist. Easily identified by requesting fee for linking you to an owner. They should be avoided at all cost.
