My name is Uchechukwu Edmond Eliott Thomas.
I am a Founder, Director, Author, Artist, Publisher, Creator, Founder of 1UT LTD, Founder of 1UTHEALTHLTD®, Founder and Label Owner of 1UT RECORD LABEL, and the creator of the wider 1UT ecosystem.
I am also a Black founder living with disabilities and protected characteristics.
I have had to build through pressure, hardship, misunderstanding, discrimination, personal struggles, lack of support, resistance from people, and challenges involving both personal circumstances and public authorities.
But I kept building.
That is why these images matter.
The red is not random.
Red represents power, urgency, sacrifice, action, survival and attention.
The black is not random.
Black represents authority, identity, depth, resilience, seriousness and strength.
And me being Black is not a gimmick.
It is part of the truth.
A Black disabled founder building books, music, wellness, publishing, digital IP and business systems in real time.

The Equality Act 2010 protects characteristics including race and disability, but my story is not just about protection.
It is about purpose.
It is about ownership.
It is about discipline.
It is about refusing to disappear.
It is about turning pain into structure.
It is about building even when people do not understand you.
