A day in the life of a politician - Saturday | 4th July 2026 ☀️ Like most of the weekends, this Saturday began early with an early-morning meeting with a fantastic group of walkers in Koramangala. This was followed by an on-ground inspection of the roads, footpaths, and drainage in Panathur Ward along with @NammaBNP Leaders Vishnu Reddy, Venkatachalam & Srinivasa Reddy, as part of the campaign to seek transparency & accountability in the ₹2,000 Cr recent allocation for roads by GoK. I then had a lunch meeting with my Campaign Manager, Yashas, to discuss the ongoing activities for Chikkathoguru Ward. BNP Leader, Varun Nagarajan, then joined us for a catch-up on the progress & next steps relating to Koramangala East Ward where he is contesting from. The rest of the day was productively utilized in doing 3 meetings with potential Area Sabha Members in Chikkathoguru Ward where I am going to contest from - 1.⁠ ⁠Meeting with Shiva from Karthik Enclave 2.⁠ ⁠Meeting with Keshab Goswami & Rajesh Mondal from Mahaveer Turquoise 3.⁠ ⁠Meeting with Rajarajan & Sunil from Gouthami Comforts All the 3 meetings went well, with each of them agreeing to become Area Sabha Members and joining the BNP Team to work together. The day started at 7 AM and ended at 9 PM, with 7 different meetings in different parts of the city. While it might sound like a long day, the way it went, it does not feel like it at all.
