Se o projeto realmente premiar os que foram listado, ta bem visivel o que é: panela. (traducao: projetos ou pessoas ja estao inclusas como vencedores) Se você quer lançar uma infra web3, ainda mais oferecendo um premio hackaton, tenha a mínima decência de contrar um community manager, pra responder tickets, ou ao menos saber explicar o que aconteceu.
