🚨 @Uber_India @dkhos Is this your idea of a fair grievance process?
My Driver Account was first deactivated for "Duplicate Account," then I was told it was due to "Community Guidelines," and later it became a "Safety Issue." To this day, Uber has not provided the actual reason or any evidence to support its decision.
Every time I raise a complaint, I receive the same template response, and my complaint is closed without answering my questions.
I am simply asking: ✅ What is the exact reason for my account deactivation? ✅ Which Uber policy did I allegedly violate? ✅ What evidence supports this decision?
If there is no policy violation, then please reactivate my Driver Account immediately instead of repeatedly closing my complaints without a proper explanation.
Every driver deserves transparency, fairness, and a meaningful opportunity to be heard.
