@action_tesa When our villagers sacrificed their lands to APIIC, the Government of Andhra Pradesh assured us of development benefits and took possession of our crop lands and residential houses. Under the RFCTLARR Act, 2013, land should be handed over to a developer only after a complete Resettlement & Rehabilitation (R&R) plan has been implemented and displaced families have been provided alternate houses that are constructed and occupied. However, by G.O.Ms.No.1 & G.O.Ms.No.41 dated 03.01.2025 and 25.01.2025, the District Collector @collector_akp has granted possession of our lands to M/s. Balaji Action Buildwell Pvt Ltd. (Action TESA) Company. This action directly violates Section 38(1) of the RFCTLARR Act, 2013. Despite repeated requests from our displaced residents and multiple communications to the manager of Action TESA, our appeals have been ignored. The company has commenced large-scale construction work, day and night, in a manner that contradicts its stated ethical values and safeguard policies. These activities are severely affecting the safety, livelihood, and legal rights of our families. Dear Mr. N.K.
