I agree, I have bought from them since 2010, and over the sixteen years have returned very few items, fewer than 10, and not had issues. I tried to get a refund of the overcharge, and when that was not forthcoming, a return label

I received my product today, and you have changed it from what I have ordered, and sent me a different version I paid 20,94, and you have sent me one that is widely available at £18 so I have been overcharged

I sent you proofs from the live Amazon listing, showing that the product you sent me is widely available on Amazon at £2.94 cheaper. The choice is either a credit of £2.94 or please process a return label for a full refund please

Please send me a prepaid return label process, so that it does not cost me, as I did not make an error I saw a product and a cheaper version, and decided to go with the one I used before, it was you who supplied the cheaper alternative. Thank you
