Today, @Clay is opening our first international office -- in London! After spending nearly a month in Europe this past winter, it was so clear to me that we needed to go all in. We already have thousands of customers across the region, tens of thousands of active community members, and Clay [Clubs] running in dozens of cities. Teams like @Lovable, @WeAreLegora, @SanaLabs, @MistralAI, and @VerkadaHQ are building so creatively with Clay, and we had almost no one on the ground! As part of this launch, we're announcing new data partnerships with @LushaData and @Beauhurst, and expanding our work with @getdealfront and @openmartai to go deeper on European coverage. Europe is already 20% of our revenue. We opened an office to better serve those customers and to continue to build our partnerships and community in the region. Thank you to everyone who came to events across the continent last fall. We can't wait to spend more time with you! → Check out the full story on our expansion here: clay.link/0zXPb7D Apply to join us at clay.com/careers

Last weekend @ZhuangAmy888 and I built Tokker - an AI PR manager for TikTok creators at the @MistralAI SF hackathon. Emerging creators can have a hard time outreaching to the right brands, and don't have budget for a full PR team. So we made an AI agent do the work - featuring a full pipeline with automated profile scans/demographic analysis, brand recommendation + customized campaigns, and stablecoin payout options. Flow as follows: 1. User logs in using TikTok/Google OAuth (via @privy_io API) and fills in profile handle 2. Automated profile scan using a @clay webhook, custom logic to use Modash to extract audience demographics/engagement/profile + POST back to server endpoint 3. @MistralAI summarizes this profile scan and finds brands for creator to target for partnerships. 4. Creator describes campaign goals in text or voice (via @Elevenlabsio) and Mistral creates highly customized outreach emails to send to each brand based on the campaign goals 5. Use @privy_io again to create a stablecoin wallet + QR code that allows creators worldwide to instantly receive USDC payouts. This was incredibly fun to build! If you happen to be a TikTok creator, please try out the demo (while credits last)! It's actually fully working end-to-end: tokker-mistral-hackathon.ver…

Two years ago @kareemamin and I came up with the term GTM Engineer over Slack. Today, someone is starting their PhD in it. Life is impossible to predict.

This is big for growth marketers. Our cost-per-lead has dropped 10x on LinkedIn. We even went from not being able to effectively target on Meta to getting a $10 CPL on Facebook.

Massive news: our new product—𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗔𝗱𝘀—is officially live. Here's what our growth team did with it in 2 months: LinkedIn CPL dropped from $250 to $25. Exclusion lists that auto-sync to Salesforce mean ads only reach people who can actually buy. Existing customers, open opps, partners... none of them see our ads (on purpose 😏). Meta opened up as a whole new channel for us too. Normally, work emails don't line up with personal profiles, so B2B teams usually stay away. But now, Clay enriches contacts with personal emails before audiences ever hit the platform. And those audiences update on their own. When someone becomes a customer, they're out by the next day. When sales shifts priorities, the targeting shifts with them automatically, across both platforms. So no redownloading CSVs and no manual rebuilds. "It is ridiculously fast to run a matched audience. Maybe a few minutes to set up and then I can scale that out multiple times." ~ Talia Schleifer, SLG Growth @ Clay And it's alllll on platforms where most B2B teams can't get the targeting to work.

The @attio MCP in @claudeai is absolutely fantastic. What a great way to scale GTM/outbound efforts whilst keeping the human touch ! How I'm using it as of now: - I give it a lead that I hand selected (usually image, and or copy paste of a page of info) - I have a Claude project with instructions on how to process this info inside Attio (Create record, company, notes etc..) - Claude does deep research on the prospect to find everything about them and all associated URLs....it's fantastic at doing this & finds info i didn't even know was available..... - I know have the full record in Attio + a 1 page deep research on the prospect so they can be contacted accordingly - Now, using the Attio chat interface inside of Attio you can get their LLM to draft an email for you as well if you wanted using all that context or just write it yourself... There's many more things i plan to add to make this a complete system. Some things I will be adding: - in-depth enrichment using tools like @clay /Fullenrich etc -Ad intel tracker- all the ads they're running & type of ads - Agent emails - AI agents with their own emails to have conversations with prospects & schedule them in + more.

Deploying and using @openclaw Agents within @top_of_funnel along with each and every client we serve having their very own has been a *massive* game-changer. We've gotten to the point where clients are wanting more and having deploy into other departments for various use cases (not to mention them going fully geeking out and having fun). (yay for client retention! 😆) One of THE biggest changes we've seen is being able to fully train an OpenClaw agent with the client's context on everything they know and want to feed into the Agent, just like if you are training an employee. The OpenClaw agent stores it to memory, and it will always know this. If the context is confidential or needs to be encrypted, we implement OpenShart, a frameworks I built last week and is working great. Then we (as TOFU) can also give the OpenClaw agents tools and resources that we know best to do the job our clients need it to do (like sales and outbound!). Speaking of tools and resources, one area that is a concern is how to handle API keys. After all, the OpenClaw agent even has access to it's own environment variables and can do whatever it wants with it. (hint don't do that!) And for anyone out there, it's too easy to believe the Agent only for it to say "just tell me your API key and I'll get it going!" Not so fast.... Here are two scenarios we can easily navigate quickly: 1️⃣ If we are doing a "GTM sprint", we will use @clay simply because of two things. Many integrations and credits under one login and a collaborative environment to analyze data that we are all very familiar with. No-brainer. We use webhook tables to send the payload to that table from the OpenClaw agent, where it can execute a normal workflow like anything else we do traditionally. This serves as a massive benefit because the OpenClaw Agent just did the heavy lifting, where we (as humans) are verifying for quality and accuracy. Another benefit is that Clay is effectively our "execution logger" where we can apply strict controls like conditional formulas to ensure it always meets standards and catch edge cases. After all, we are spending credits and want to have complete control versus the OpenClaw Agent. 2️⃣ Another example is doing the same for any other type of use case that we want, which to use @n8n_io webhook workflow as a "proxy" endpoint instead of giving it direct access to your CRM (like Airtable in this case). This allows us (again) to control the tools, see the 'execution logs' and know that we have control over these and know that the OpenClaw agent has zero access to raw API keys. TL;DR and KEY takeaways: OpenClaw is doing massive amounts of the heavylifting. Complete unlock is an understatement. Humans verify two things: Quality and Accuracy. This is just scratching the surface, but this is my type of 2026 GTM Engineering. 🍻

Yes this is an amazing way to contextualize how early we are on adoption curve. But also invites you to gloss over the insane amount of leverage and compounding that ~2-5M people are already doing. 0.04% could not eat the whole pie in a pre-agentic world. Now?… 🤷‍♂️. We’re early but the clocks running faster on this one.
your timeline convinced you AI is in a bubble. talk to a boomer above the age 35 for 5 minutes.

most people don’t even know what claude is.

kind of wild when you zoom out.

lol that’s one way to clear your inbox. Safety & alignment specialist at Meta. Her real inbox was too big and triggered compaction. During which OpenClaw lost og instruction to confirm before acting.
Nothing humbles you like telling your OpenClaw “confirm before acting” and watching it speedrun deleting your inbox. I couldn’t stop it from my phone. I had to RUN to my Mac mini like I was defusing a bomb.

In EP3, we're giving away a brand new playbook that slashed our CPL to $25 on LinkedIn and $10 on Meta. This is How Clay Uses Clay for Ads. Davide (our Head of Growth Marketing) has been cooking on this for MONTHS alongside design partner teams Slack, Anthropic, and Rippling. We're ready to share: 1️⃣ ABM that syncs with sales Tier 1 accounts flow straight from CRM → ads platforms. Sales prospects them, marketing shows them congruent ads. No more siloed motions. 2️⃣ Dynamic exclusion lists that save 20% of budget Hundreds of thousands of people already in our ecosystem (existing customers, users, employees, agencies) were eating budget with minimal ROI. Now they're automatically excluded and constantly refreshed. 3️⃣ Full-funnel campaigns that adapt in real-time Low engagement accounts get awareness ads. Medium engagement gets social proof. Hot accounts get lead capture. All automated based on engagement signals. Is this possible without Clay? Maybe... but with: - 50% match rates on LinkedIn (vs. ~90%) - CSV hell across platforms with different formatting requirements - $50K black-box solutions with zero visibility - Manual updates every time your audience shifts Next Thursday (Feb 26th), Davide Grieco and Talia Schleifer are hosting the third installment of this build-along series to show you the exact setup end-to-end. List-building to platform sync to full-funnel orchestration. WE WANT TO HELP YOU SLASH YOUR CPL! (While keeping or even increasing precision). See you next week! Register below! ⬇️ clay.link/W1XyJsG

We just shipped Sculptor Analyst Mode, allowing you to gather business intelligence about your @clay tables and generate documents to share insights externally with stakeholders. Here's what makes it different from dumping CSV's into AI assistants: 1️⃣ Full context, zero data loss Clay keeps all the nested JSON fields, AI prompt history, and enrichment logic that disappear in CSV exports. This analysis considers how your workflow is put together. 2️⃣ Test before you spend Try out different data sources and AI models on a small sample first. Then use Sculptor Analyst mode to determine which ones have the best match rates across your entire table. 3️⃣ Intelligence meets action Spot trends across tables and launch new campaigns immediately. Your analysis lives where you take action. No context switching. Perfect for teams and owners who need quick answers: - "What does my lead grade distribution look like?" - "Which enrichment provider has the best match rate?" - "What are the common traits in my closed-won deals?" Export these reports straight to Notion or a PDF for stakeholders. Sculptor Analyst Mode is free for all customers (10 concurrent conversations per workspace). Available now in your Clay workspace.

@Clay is one of six companies that are a part of Frontier, @OpenAI's new enterprise platform that helps companies build, deploy, and manage AI agents across their organization. We help companies put OpenAI's models to work across growth, sales, marketing, and revenue operations by sourcing the best data and putting it into action for any GTM use case. OpenAI itself uses Clay for this, powering their own enterprise GTM motion. GTM teams can use OpenAI and Clay together in many ways to grow: ▪️ RevOps and GTM engineering teams can turn their CRM into a living entity. One that automatically refreshes, dedupes, and surfaces accounts that are ready to buy ▪️ Sales teams can score companies showing buying signals, pull verified contacts, generate personalized messaging, and sync everything to their CRM ▪️ Marketing teams can build targeted audiences and ship relevant creative campaigns, from ads to landing pages to email ▪️ Recruiting teams can find candidates with specific technical backgrounds and reach out with context matching their career trajectory This program is highly selective; OpenAI chose a small group of companies they believe are essential to how enterprises will use AI in practice. I might've found the ultimate content flywheel, and it's an engineering problem more than a creative one... So, before chatting w/ @codyschneiderxx, I hardly knew what a GTM engineer was. He told me that in the time between 8am and 12pm he shipped: - 40 Facebook ads - 100 landing pages - 3 guest blog posts - 4 podcast bookings - 5 help desk articles - 2 edited videos - 25 scheduled tweets, - and 2 lead magnets. alllll in under 4 hours (creating what most F500 companies wish they could ship in H1). Then he made chicken katsu sandwiches for his fiancée. This Weds, I'm getting all the vital info like: 1/ How tf do you make a katsu sando? 2/ What does a GTM engineer do? 3/ What's the exact stack he uses? 4/ How does one input turn into dozens of outputs (while maintaining taste, voice, and the highest of high quality)? Plus, we're building his 100-asset-a-day setup live, in under an hour. Steal his playbook, RSVP for free (in the replies below)...
i don’t think you understand what is happening in gtm engineering right now

i want to try to explain this to you

what someone can do in a day with claude code + APIs + n8n + railway .com + github repo + skill md files is what a fortune 500 would do in a year

today i made 40 facebook ads

100 landing pages

wrote 3 guest blog posts for backlinks

booked myself on 4 podcasts with a cold email automation

wrote 5 help desk articles

edited two vlog videos

scheduled 25 tweets across accounts

wrote 2 pieces of scripting software to give away as linkedin lead magnets

and baked break from scratch and made katsu sandos with my chief of fiancé

as i write this i still have 4 hours left in my day

i dont think you understand what is happening in gtm engineering right now
