I wanted to show two annual plans on my paywall, one discounted and one full price. RevenueCat was fighting me the whole way, so I thought, fine, I’ll just use StoreKit directly.
Then I launched ads.
And then I forgot that I bypassed RevenueCat.
For the past week, I’ve been opening RevenueCat every day, watching it show zero subscriptions and crying inside.
Today I asked Claude to dig through the analytics and… surprise.
I’ve actually got a few subscriptions.
So I basically spent a week being depressed for nothing.

I've stopped reading every line of code AI writes for me.
I used to feel guilty about it. Shipping code I hadn't personally read felt like malpractice.
Then I remembered programmers used to read the assembly their compilers produced in the early days. They didn't trust the abstraction yet.
Nobody does that anymore. Compilers still have bugs but the abstraction is reliable enough that checking their output line by line would be a waste of your life.
AI code is heading the same way.
Reviewing every generated line for routine tasks will soon feel like reading assembly: possible, occasionally necessary, mostly pointless.

Here is a little trick thats worked for me when a video gets 0 views.
From your real TikTok account, follow the new account and press the share button. And then the yellow repost button.
That usually gets you out of the 0 views jail and gets you a few hundred views.
