Last week, the TrueSport Team and Mental Performance Coach Sarah Frank were at the Air Force Sports Camps helping campers learn how to grow through failure. Through a tennis activity and meaningful group discussions, youth athletes were challenged to step outside their comfort zones and build resilience, confidence, and perseverance. They reflected on what it feels like to struggle, adjust, and try again, as well as how those same skills show up in sports and life beyond the field.
