If you have been a victim of this in the UK, you NEED to report this to @reportfrauduk The fact that cybersecurity for these big companies is zero to none is absolutely wild. Please share this. Please be safe. If you read all of this. I appreciate it very much.

I have been a victim of a crime that is going unpunished. As someone who's data has been taken from me & also been threatened with extortion. How easy it was for other companies to help me, yet @Google & @discord have been entirely useless.

@Google & @TeamYouTube don't worry I'm not forgetting your incompetence in this. If you guys didn't know, Google do NOT have people managing security breeches. It is all done by a computer & AI. I have gone through the recovery options, Google Family & removals.

To top this all off, after the hacking & the reporting, @discord took payment out of my account & are also refusing to provide me a refund ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Due to the frustration & urgency of this. I asked to speak to someone different & was presented with my case being passed over. This was on the 16th June. I have emailed them multiple times & have had NOTHING back from them since.

I had reported the whole incident to the police & had been given 3 different crime numbers, also providing this information to Discord to be told this. There were emails back & forth of me telling them the account was still up & people reporting. However it was still active.

I had then asked them if they could shut down the server & close my old discord account down as the hacker was AND still is messaging people. Multiple people from the 10th have reported my server & my old Discord account. To be told twice -

I reported my Discord hacking on the 10th June when it happened & this was their response. I had replied back to them telling them AGAIN that I was not able to get into my old email because it had been hacked. To be told that there was no other alternative.

I had to notify my bank, which I am still having issues with to this day, however I was able to get all my emails changed on my social accounts & have had zero issues with any of them. However @discord_support & @Google have been completely & utterly useless.

On the 10th June 2026, my Discord & 15 year old Gmail account were hacked. They were able to get onto my PC, put up a fake "you're logged out of Discord" screen, me not realising, used my phone for the QR code & this was how they were able to get my accounts.

So it's been 22 days since my hacking. I feel I need to shout this from the hills in case this ever happens to anyone else & to show how useless & unhelpful @discord_support & @Google have been in regards to this.
