#CollabTalk A7: I can talk a LOT about this one. We're still in hype cycle atm, but I do believe we will see significant disruption to work / workforce driven by AI. As orgs start to use AI to transform processes & functions, there will be huge impact to jobs, people, culture. I see a huge push to autonomous XYZ which will be great for enterprise productivity, but will impact individuals. I think we'll see some companies charge a premium for human-created, we'll see some roles completely go away - and an entire new category of roles will be created. I am nervous about the impact (and the role I'm playing in this tbh), I do worry about the sustainability impact (although advancements like Deepseek are interesting), but I am also excited to see what new & innovative things we will do as we start to reimagine the way we work. It's an exciting time to be at the forefront of a huge shift in work, and also a little scary at times!

#CollabTalk A6: - Adaptability - Growth Mindset - being willing to try things that didn't work a week ago - Critical thinking/ reasoning - being able to review output from AI & review for accuracy / hallucinations - Delegation - learning when/how to delegate to AI - Prompting

#CollabTalk A5: research has shown that AI / Copilot is more successful where leaders lean in and lead by example. The culture has to support openness, with people being able to experiment, play, try new things, fail fast etc without fear. Promptathons / hacks can help

#CollabTalk A4: This is where extensibility & agents come into their own. Business transformation requires a layered approach, where Copilot becomes the experience layer, with integrations into LoB systems, with multi-agent architecture leveraging Azure AI Foundry / Copilot Studio. With M365 Copilot, I feel we're driving business value for individuals, and starting to do so for teams as it matures. Realising this value relies on individuals across multiple functions/ processes actually adopting & using Copilot effectively. Starting to apply agents to processes, reinventing how processes and functions work, integrating with other data sources etc, this is where we'll see the real transformational value from Copilot Agents AI - and this is where enterprise organisations will start to drive proper ROI. Early days, but exciting.

A3 #CollabTalk one of the biggest challenges I see is that if people can't get the result they want easily, they give up and won't use it. having a curious mindset, being willing to try, try again, and experiment is key. it also takes work to build habits, which is hard for some

#CollabTalk A2. A colleague of mine is a great example of having built her Copilot muscle. She uses it extensively across all her workflows - reviewing meetings that she is in with her team, so she can prioritise / refocus. Taking sales decks and creating summaries, 1-pagers, training plans. Prioritising mails, tasks and actions. First drafts of EVERYTHING. Creating sales execution plans. It's not one thing that impresses me, it's the fact she has fully adopted a "Copilot-first" mentality, and approaches every task with the view of how she can use AI to do it differently / faster / better. She's the perfect example of the benefits you can achieve when you put the work in to build new behaviours and habits

A1: for many people I talk to, they now "brainstorm" with their Copilot / AI assistant first, before collaborating with others. For me personally, it's like a helper I use throughout the day - it isn't quite there yet for me to be able to use it as an additional team member though, very much my assistant rather than team assistant. I can see this changing as the products mature though. #CollabTalk
