A UNHCR truck was hit by a drone in Sudan for the second time this year.

My last day in Rwanda reinforced one message: the solutions are here.
I met refugee farmers, young coders and resilient families proving what's possible when opportunity replaces dependency.
Rwanda’s model of inclusion is delivering results. Now it needs investment.
Protection is more than delivering assistance.
In Ancuabe, UNHCR and partners continued providing psychosocial support, identifying people with specific needs, strengthening accountability and raising awareness on GBV, ensuring protection remains at the centre of the response.

Some families are returning to their villages, but the scale of the destruction means that for many others displacement continues.
