Chatted with a potential client about different robot options and their design. Almost everyone agrees that cute and friendly looking robots tend to sell better, but he had the opposite view. In his mind, he was sure that cute robots are useless and the more industrial and robotic they look, the more useful and effective they are. Anyone else hearing this from clients?

Home robot prices (or maybe the value you get) are dropping significantly every single year. I know itā€™s about privacy, usefulness, reliability and all the other factors, but Iā€™m wondering: what will be the price point (or monthly sub) where the majority of households will actually take the gamble.

One of my friends, a GP at a wellknown early-stage VC has an interesting due diligence question. He asks founders (and then verifies) if theyā€™ve played competitive multiplayer games and if so, what their average and peak ranks are/were. Not being in the top 5% is a red flag for him. Top 1% is a green flag. Top 0.1% is apparently one of the stronger positive signals he looks for. Elomaxxing

Yesterday @hf0 held its demo day. I've met billionaires who only go to its demo day. I've gone now to three of its demo days, and the companies it brings are generally a cut above others. Here's aiosmedical.com/ and its founder, @rich_cartwright presenting it. I watched him work the booth after, meeting investor after investor. The demo worked, got many to come to meet him. He's building an AI Doctor that already is seeing significant sales in Europe. I'll be bringing more of the 14 companies to you as they come out of stealth.
