After the stream last night, I spent the rest of the night with Bacardi in my office. She didn’t look good. I went to bed at 2am last night. I told her, as I cried PLEASE stay with me til the morning when I wake up. I spent the morning with her, and she passed away this morning as she took her last breaths, as I laid there face to face with her. She kept her promise to stay until the morning. I lost my longest companion, my best friend, and the one thing that first taught me how to genuinely love. I don’t know what I’m going to do with her light in my life.

With AEW very likely set to bring in Kofi/Creed and maybe even Motor City, it doesn't really *need* another team. But with that said, a reunion of Claudio and Sheamus would give the company a "bruiser" tag team it doesn't really actively have right now. Could add a nice dynamic.

Happy 4th everyone. #SmackDown is back to 2 hours, and the more things change, the more they stay the same. Very much a taped show in look & feel, Cody Rhodes is getting an immediate rematch against Sami Zayn, and more than likely, his run comes to a very short end on Monday in Chicago. Outside of the opening segment, and another obligatory Rey Fenix AAA showcase, this show is one hour less terrible than it was last week.

I know what the story is. We all see it. All I’m saying is…MJF is the ACE. He is Tony’s “Roman Reigns”…you have your biggest show of the year, you put the guy in there that will sell the most tickets, who also happens to be their BIGGEST STAR in the Main Event. As long as Roman is wrestling, he will be in the Mania Main Event. He’s the reason for their upswing, and their Main Event being as great as it is. Having an ALL IN Main Event without MJF is booking malpractice @TonyKhan

Could I see your scenario playing out? I can. Feels very much against what #AEW normally does with a non-finish in a World Title match with a stipulation attached, but I COULD see it. Does MJF's reign and story warrant him a main-event match at Wembley Stadium? I believe it does. You watch the product- the story does not seem to be with MJF/Ospreay, and as much as you or anyone else wants to have that potential match on PPV in London and be "right", you cannot deny what story they are telling with Omega & Ospreay. However we get to it, it seems Ospreay & Omega will dance for the Title in London.

Kenny isn’t walking in as Champion. I actually like the fact they are booking this match, even though the stipulation had been done a few times before. Time limit draw, or Kenny wins via DQ or count out, rematch, and he wins at Redemption. Max should be in the Main Event of Wembley. Triple Threat with Ospreay and Omega AT LEAST if not one on one with Ospreay.

The edits to Bron Breakker vs. Seth Rollins on the Netflix replay of Night of Champions were done by WWE themselves as not only is Breakker's bloody face blurred at times but some camera angles were replaced with alternate ones to hide him. It also cuts to a crowd shot for a few seconds after he began bleeding. The “Holy sh*t” chants have also been replaced with “This is awesome” which is a common practice for WWE replays on Netflix. (PWInsider)

ESPN approached WWE about adding another match or two to the Night of Champions lineup as a way to strengthen the paid standalone portion of the broadcast that streamed on ESPN . It was said the first hour of PLEs being free is expected to remain in place at least through the fall of 2026. - @WrestleVotes Radio on @FightfulSelect

I really really wish that when a quote from the Two Count happens to make a dirty sheet, that when I AM THE ONE WHO SAYS IT, they quote ME AND COACH. It’s TWO people not just COACH. Ringside News posted this same thing and they at least had the decency to use the same quote and name ME.

Tony, and company, put together a decent follow-up #AEWDynamite following a PPV (finally), and with a major angle, and story threaded throughout the show with Kenny Omega's decision for a shot at MJF and the AEW World Title. When you can do that, those are the BEST shows. The rest of it, was middle of the road stuff, and the Women's Division booking continues to be a mess.
