YouTubers should acknowledge the entire package and then talk about how there’s flaws and praise that define it instead of creating checklist of categories to go over on what’s bad and what’s good.
That doesn’t really lead to a full appreciation of the game they discussed imo.
i want youtubers to be honest if a game has weak elements but i also dont want balatant contempt without genuinely engaging with the game

Going over a list of general categories and going over what’s bad and what’s good isn’t interesting so me, and can be misleading on what’s the purpose of the game. Acknowledge what the game is trying to achieve, then work your way into talking about how it fails and succeeds.

Its stupid because it also ruins the point of the silent protagonist. The reactions are meant to come from you the player, gemini reacting or expo dumping everytime something happens diminishes that and feels like the game is hammering down how you should feel at a given moment.
Im sorry but I cannot take the Gemini voice in lies of p seriously 😭 idk if the voice acting is just terrible but it breaks the immersion every time lol probably the only complaint I have about the game

A lot of people are bringing up Malenia as an example but I always found that Gideon's dialogue implied that Malenia is chronologically fought before Mohg.
No matter the order you do, he will always go "I wonder where is miquella?" to then "Oh so that's where miquella is"
