When I asked the feds for more honesty and transparency around COVID-19 vaccine data, they replied with a word salad of pandering and gaslighting. 🙄 Here’s my response. Let’s try again, @CDCgov @US_FDA.

Terrific presentation from @AaronSiriSG on facts versus beliefs regarding the vaccines mandated under Florida law. Because vaccine manufacturers are often legally protected in the U.S., the incentives to improve safety that exist for other products are largely absent here. As a result, we have to rely on clinical trials that almost always lack placebo control groups and have short follow-up periods (for example, hepatitis B vaccines for infants were approved by the FDA for infants based on less than a week of safety data). Watch the presentation to understand the reasoning and review the primary references for yourself.
How are childhood vaccines evaluated for safety and effectiveness? The Florida Department of Health recently hosted a Grand Rounds presentation featuring attorney @AaronSiriSG, introduced by @FLSurgeonGen Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo. The discussion explored the systems used to assess vaccine safety and effectiveness and their role in public health decision-making. Watch the full presentation to learn more.

Thank you, @GovRonDeSantis, for your steadfast commitment to improving the health of Floridians. This budget delivers historic investments in behavioral health, opioid recovery, world-class cancer research, food safety, and support for mothers, children, seniors, and veterans.
The Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget marks the fourth straight year Florida has reduced its budget. We have large reserves and a full rainy day fund—more than triple the size from when I took office. We’ve paid down historic debt instead of passing the burden to future generations. The State of Florida has built a strong fiscal foundation because we manage taxpayers’ money responsibly. Florida’s per capita spending is one of the lowest in the nation. We have the fewest state employees per capita in the nation. We’ve achieved high levels of fiscal responsibility while also reducing taxes and making historic investment in infrastructure, education and Everglades restoration. In short, it can be done!

Warner Mendenhall @MendenhallFirm was a good friend and a great man. His brilliance in using the law to advance medical freedom and protect public health integrity was remarkable, and his creativity was unmatched. He left us far too soon. May God rest his soul, and may we honor his memory by continuing this important work.

Dr. Joseph Ladapo just said the quiet part out loud. Covid-era insanity was not just incompetence. It exposed something much deeper. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Millions of Americans woke up to the fact that corruption is an “integral” and “inseparable part of our government and public health infrastructure.” “Someone could be completely healthy, receive an injection, drop dead the next day.” “And figures of authority would tell you that there’s … no evidence that there’s a relationship between the exposure and what happened.” “I just couldn’t believe it.” “It was literally like they were creating and upholding this alternate reality about these Covid-19 vaccines.” @FLSurgeonGen @ChildrensHD

In 1889, landmark legislation established Florida’s State Board of Health, a crucial turning point that brought organization, science, and statewide coordination to the fight against deadly diseases. The new system helped Florida respond more effectively to outbreaks, protect growing communities, and lay the foundation for the modern public health programs we rely on today. Thank you, @MajorCBS, for being one of the first voices in the legacy media willing to discuss this massive government scandal. The numbers alone explain why people are demanding answers. Reported deaths per million doses in 2023: - COVID injection: 25.5
 - Flu vaccine: 0.46 That’s a 55x higher reported death rate for the COVID injection.

Congratulations Comissioner!!!
I am thankful to the search committee for naming me the sole finalist to become Polk State College’s next president. Florida College System institutions play a critical role in preparing students for in-demand, high-wage positions. During my time as Commissioner, I have proudly touted their incredible outcomes as they serve more than 680,000 students across the state and provide more than 130,000 degrees and certifications each year. It is an honor to be blessed with this opportunity, and I am excited to contribute to that work in a new capacity while continuing to support strong partnerships between K-12 schools, colleges, and universities. I also look forward to working with the Board of Trustees, cabinet members, and the faculty whose dedication is transforming students’ lives and equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their careers. No matter the position I serve in, I remain committed to the belief that education is the foundation of opportunity and the key to a stronger future.

This is why we want to make medical freedoms protections permanent in law. Because it can happen again in the future.
"If we don't get the truth [about the mismanaged pandemic], which apparently we're not going to get, then we don't get a country that understands what happened... And the so-called influential people... they're gonna do it again, because the facts aren't out there."

In complete agreement! @FLSurgeonGen @GovRonDeSantis thank you both for your stand for all of us and our children… there is no win for those who did not support protecting parental rights & advancing health freedom
In this job, l've come to realize that power is most honorable when used for the benefit of others. The governor's agenda to defend freedom, whether from medical tyranny or tech oligarchs, is something Floridians and Americans everywhere want and value. Members of the Florida House should be leading that effort, not standing in the way.
