Here’s how Jersey deals with the occasional illegal immigrant, there has been 1 in the last 3 years. He was arrested on arrival and jailed for 12 months. He got an extra 3 months jail for refusing to say where he came from. He served 13 months, confessed his nationality and was sent home.
